uploading is tough
even when the receipt is legible on your phone, it does not upload correctly...who knows if I will be able to collect, if I need to?

Worth the money
I don't usually buy protection plans but thought it might be worthwhile to purchase one for the office chair. At the time only a 3-year plan was offered and at year 2 the chair broke. The claim was handled without any issues and when the chair was replaced a 5-year plan was available. Didn't think twice - yes, please!

Fabuous deal
I have never purchased a protection plan before. This one was such a great deal, I purchased it. And it was for 5 years. At 25% off, each year was about $5 or a little less. Staples has great deals.
