previous protection agreement paid off 100%
on the previous plan of 4 year protection, the printer started to have problems and with 3 months left of the plan, I shipped it for repair, at their cost, and was not repairable. I received 100% of the original price paid for the printer and applied it to a new purchase. I obviously wanted to protect the new machine, a more expensive machine with a new plan

Asurion Hassle is not worth its Cost
When I thought that my year-old HP 4201 dw printer had died, I contacted Asurion thru Staples. Queries were directed to their website, but it is buggy and no progress was possible without phone support. What I was told over the phone was repeatedly contradicted by next day Asurion emails.
