Happy Campers!
The manager helped us both times looking at chairs. He was very knowledgeable and patient. We ended up buying a higher end chair and the warranty. My wife works from home and has been having some hip and leg problems. After using it for a few weeks it has really helped and was worth the investment in a much better chair. It was an above average positive experience!

Chair unavailable but still charged me for protect
The chair I ordered was unavailable so it was refunded but I was still charged the protection plan for something that I can’t purchase.

Staples Extended Warranty
I do not like extended warranties especially when there is a manufacturer’s one included. However after a horrible experience with a chair I only had 6 months and it sounded as though I had it 6 years and staples would nt do anything about it with this one I felt forced to purchased to protect my dollars spent. We will see how well it works if anything happens!

Amanda at the Wake Forest store was very helpful. We went to purchase a couple of office chairs only to find the ones we selected were not in stock. Amanda stepped in and literally called every other store in the county found the chairs we wanted had them delivered to her store and assembled so we could pickup. Thank you Amanda!
