Chair unavailable but still charged me for protect
The chair I ordered was unavailable so it was refunded but I was still charged the protection plan for something that I can’t purchase.

Very Helpful
Amanda at the Wake Forest store was very helpful. We went to purchase a couple of office chairs, only to find the ones we selected were not in stock. Amanda stepped in and literally called every other store in the county, found the chairs we wanted, had them delivered to her store and assembled so we could pickup. Thank you Amanda!
