Unable to use...
Both ports on my MacBookAir are taken with 1) power source 2) larger screen.
I made the error of ordering a larger screen without a built-in camera. This Bio 300 seemed the perfect answer but alas, I can't use it regularly -- for longer meetings -- when my laptop is also plugged into an outlet.
I will be asking for a refund.

Works great, aside from being a USB-C plug
It works perfectly! I had needed to upgrade from my old hand-me-down from my sibling and this was the perfect choice! Only downside was that it's a USB-C plug, but that was easily solved as I had a USB-C to USB converter already!
