Horrible Logitech Customer Service
After about 6 months of use for work nothing extreme the headset snapped. Logitech customer service at first seemed good saying I would get a new one sent in a few days once approved. Then they would come back to me every few days asking for more videos and more photos of the product receipt etc and I gave them what they asked for but it never seemed enough for ...

They don't go with my MacBook Pro That's my fault
I was so obsessed with color and style of the headphones that I made the rookie mood in not thinking about how the headphones would connect with my laptop. The headphones are USB port and my MacBook doesn't have it.

IT'S GREAT
I REALLY LOVE THIS HEADSET. I LOST THE MIC ON MY OTHER HEADSET THAT HAD A REMOVABLE MIC. THIS ONE IS ATTACHED AND WORKS WELL. THE HEADSET IS COMFORTABLE. I HAVE A SMALLER HEAD AND IT IS SNUG ON ME SO IT MAY BE QUITE TIGHT FOR SOMEONE WITH A LARGER NOGGIN.

Reliable workhorse
Very reliable. No need to fuss with recharging and wireless connects. Built to last provided you don’t stuff into a backpack haphazardly. Ours lasted for a decade until the ear pads started flaking. We bought another as replacement. Time tested and it works. Great for remote work.
