Excellent product
This is the only thing that gets fertilizer, oil, amd grease out of clothes. It makes it smell nice and clean.

Doesn't remove odors; just masks them
I have several tees that have "perma-stink" from sweat, and nothing has worked to remove it. So, I decided to try this product, despite the high price. Of course, it doesn't work, either. It doesn't remove the odor; only masks it with a perfume that is so strong it makes my eyes water. Now my shirts smell like perfume AND perma-stink. Very disappointed.

Like the product, but need new bottle design.
I like the product. Need a better way to dispense the product. After you pour it, it drips down the side. Very sticky. Have to wipe down the bottle every time. Need a pump or something else. Doesn't give clear instructions on the amount to use.

Needs to catch up to the other laundry products
The product performs well-no complaints.However-I wonder if it works so well because of the amount I'm using? The lid is very small, not conducive to measuring for each load. So odd that the detergents

I really like this product. The 1 drawback is the larger bottle. I have arthritic hands and most times I use too. Much because the bottle gets away from me.

Great product needs a new bottle
It does a great job with removing stains and odors, especially caked on odors in the armpits of shirts. But this product needs a new bottle and pour spout. I have dropped and spilled this bottle so many times wasting so much product. A squeezy bottle similar to a liquid dish soap bottle would be much better and ensure product isn't wasted.

Great product
This product works. The bottle has a screw top lid and liquid is very sticky if it gets on you which makes the bottle gross. Sure would nice if the large size had a flip top lid.

Save your money
While I had Great Hopes for this product it being Downy it did nothing to remove the sweat smells from the necklines of my shirts

Waste of money
Every time I put the downy rinse in my washer there’s waste on container.Either change the container or I won’t buy it again

Removes Odors on clothes as advertised
I love this product. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because I can't find a place that sells Downy Rinse and Refresh with a pour spout lid. It would be so much easier to pour into the softner department if the lid had a pour spout. I have only found this in refill bottles. Please make it easier to find Downy Rinse

smells good
I love the smell and it works great. My complaint is the bottle that it comes in. It is hard to hold. It's flimsy and if you squeeze too hard, it spills and the bottle becomes sticky. Also it needs to have a measure cap to go with it. I cant tell when half my dispenser is full. but other than that. i love the smell. i will still buy it

Love the product, but not the lid!
Love the way our clothes feel and smell after switching to Downy Rinse and Refresh, but wish the bottle comes with a pour lid like pictured in the commercials. I transfer your product to an empty coffee creamer bottle so it can be poured without making a mess!

Scent is overpowering
I used less than the website recommended and it still made my laundry room, kitchen, and powder room SMELL. In fact, I still have nasal congestion from breathing the fumes even with an exhaust fan running throughout the wash and dry cycle. The bottle says that it contains "no heavy perfumes" but that is NOT the case.

Product works well. NEED BETTER BOTTLE
Please develop a dispenser that has cap that you can squeeze out the product. I’m a guy and I use this on my dry fit clothes-sometimes in the shower, sometimes the bathroom sink a squeeze nozzle would be greatly appreciated🤓🥸😎🤙

PLEASE make the packaging more user friendly
This is a great product, my laundry has softened up a bit and smells nice. However, the bottle needs to be designed like a small bottle of detergent. A bottle with the handle and measuring cup. When you pick up this bottle, all of the liquid is squeezed to the top, so it's hard to hold it while trying to pour the liquid into a measuring cup or even the cap.

Great stuff -- needs a better cap/bottle
This stuff is great. It provides a light softening - and is not a heavy, sticky liquid like the old days. The scent is present, but not overpowering. My only complaint - and it's significant - is the bottle and cap. There's no pour spout and no handle - why?!? That actually makes it a bit tough to work with.
