good complement to scripts
i use this along with my perscription meds and they are more effective with it. i used it before i started taking my meds and it helped a little then too. not to give away all the info but i use it in tandem with an SNRI and a tetracyclic antidepressant for severe insomnia.

Don't like the new formula test/smell
I've taken these for about two years but the last couple of bottles I've purchased have a strong medicinal or chemical odor and a funny taste. I think they still work for me (or I am just sleeping better naturally and these have a placebo effect) but the strong odor is concerning and giving me second thoughts about purchasing them.

Good Sleep
Suggest taking with magnesium. I take this everyday to help my anxiety and sleepless adhd . I’ve tried several brands and Olley is the best it doesn’t make me drowsy in the morning. Wish they reduced the sugar, since I started keto., I get it to appeal to people but why do adults need sugar at night? Allulose would be better please consider Olly.

Need remedy for Olly doing the complete opposite.
I took 2 gummies about 2 hours ago. They seemed to work at first. I started getting sleepy after 30 minutes and shut my eyes for a little over an hour and a half but now… I’m wide awake. And not semi-awake. I feel on-drugs-awake, this is terrible. I used to take Zzzquil several years ago but I heard Olly was the newer and better stuff. Anyone have a remedy for this stat...

You need to put a warning on your containers that contain L-Theanine. That supplement can interfere with prescription meds to control blood pressure. I had a very nasty experience after taking the recommended dosage of your sleep aid.

Reduced L-theanine by half

Tolerance

OLLY Sleep Gets an A
I suffer from chronic migraines and when I have an attack, it’s often hard to sleep. I obtained my first sample of the Olly Sleep when I attended the Dear Media Edit Event in the fall. Favorite flavor and it really works!
