I brought in the empty cartridge and asked the man behind the counter to help me find a new one so I could purchase it. He had the empty one in his hand and proceeded to give me a cartridge. The product was probably fine, but it coincided with a firmware update that required a restore back to factory defaults. Spent about an hour with tech service to reset the printer via hidden tech service screens.

Fabulous print page count per cartridge!
All three of our new HP printers use the same cartridges so this is a great advantage!
