The product was probably fine, but it coincided with a firmware update that required a restore back to factory defaults. Spent about an hour with tech service to reset the printer via hidden tech service screens.

It works
It works with the HP copier. HP has made it so you HAVE to use their toner cartridges. Other brands won't work.

Good toner
This is exactly the toner I need for my printer however the box was slightly damaged in shipping and I think the toner should be wrapped in some way so it is not so visible and the label would come off easier so when I return the empty cartridge I can attach the new label.
