horrible
very upset with this purchase. The suction is way to strong to the point I am unable to use this vacuum on some of the rugs in our house. This was a huge waste of money considering I am going to have to buy another vacuum just to be able to vacuum the rugs. Would not recommend.

Love my Shark Vacuum
I love my new shark vacuum. There are 2 things I would like to see changed. Number 1 the chord is shorter than previous Shark vacuum’s I’ve owned, second I wish there was a way to keep the headlight on when you use the hose.

Got the shark stratos because of a broken dust cup on a shark professional vacuum. I forgot what the whole name was. I started this vacuum up and it immediately started getting dusty in the dust cup. We recommend checking which floor setting is currently selected. For thicker carpet types or area rugs, slide the surface selector to Thick Carpet/Area Rug, as this setting reduces suction and should allow for easier movement. If adjusting the floor setting doesn’t help, you may also want to try using Powered Lift‑Away® mode, which can make cleaning rugs easier and more controlled.

Love my shark
I like the vaccim it's lighter then my other shark duo but I wish this one had the light in the wonde like my other one did. It make it easier to clean when reach in dark spots.

Great features
Shark never lets me down. It still feels like I’m getting the best when I choose Shark. They keep the prices at a very reasonable cost compared to their competitors. Love my new vacuum. The last one lasted nearly 10 years & still working.

Must have for dog owners
A must have for house with pets that shed alot. I replaced my Dyson with this and after a month I have nothing but good things to say. Durable, heavy duty and great quality
This vacuum has major suction! Well worth the money, very heavy duty. I use it for my cleaning company when I clean houses. The cord is long and thick. Very easy to disassemble and keep clean. Lots of different attachments and ways to use the vacuum to get into any spot in your home. Very descriptive buttons to tell you how to remove the parts and hose options.

Great suction
I bought this sweeper about a year ago. Currently I am waiting for a replacement because of the issues but I do really like the sweeper it’s very user friendly. It has a long cord for optimal reach, it’s lightweight and has great suction for any floor. Despite needing to have the sweeper replaced I would recommend this sweeper and purchase it again.

Need a converter caddy!
Great vacuum with strong suction and overall performance.
I do wish it included a hardwood floor tool and a powered pet brush. The one thing I miss the most and had in my older models - a caddy to convert it into a canister vacuum. If one exists for this model, it’s not clearly listed.
Still a great machine, just could be more versatile.

Short cord
The cord is no shere near as long as the older version. The handle pips out at random. I dont know why shark changed the design but my oldet model stratos from 2 years ago was better.

Still good but a little less than before
I had a previous model from 2020 (AZ1002) that died but I had bought the lifetime VIP warranty and was super happy they honored it and replaced it with this newer version (AZ3002). This one still does a great job but having basically side by side experience with the two models, I can tell they cut a couple little corners compared to the earlier one.

Whole house cleaning
This is great for a whole house cleaning! I like that it is corded so I can clean the whole house without waiting for it to recharge. It has a hardwood or carpet option. I no longer use a broom because this cleans my floors so well. It comes with plenty of attachments to get in crevices.
