Crazy suction!

I’ve had the Shark Stratos for a couple months now. I’ve been questioning if it’s just skimming the top of carpet or actually getting dog hair out. Want to love it!
This is my second Stratos model in six months, the first one simply stopped working. And I only vacuumed once a week maybe. I want to believe in Shark and their product so I re-purchased. One pro I can definitely say is the suction is very strong.

Never Again
I bought this vacuum in May of 2024 and it no longer powers on. In the brief time that it did work cleaning performance was sub-par and it was constantly clogging up with dog hair. I you purchase this vacuum, or any other Shark brand vacuum you will regret that you wasted your money on their garbage products.

Has never been delivered
I still have not received this product. It says that it was shipped nine days ago and nothing has been updated. I have called shark twice and no one can give me any information except for to tell me to wait another week. I’m wondering if this company is legit. Has anyone else had problems with receiving their vacuum cleaner from shark??

Good for a short time if you have a husky..
I bought this December 2024 and I’ve had to get the bottom portion replaced 3 times now. Each time, hair gets clogged in the bearings of the back red brush and unfortunately they make it impossible to take apart to clear it yourself.. Great suction and features
Only have had the vacuum for a month and have used it a handful of times, then suction seems great and I really like the filter that’s included and keeps the vacuum smelling fresh. Heavy Shark
Much heavier than my old Shark. On the one hand, that makes it more heavy-duty and works amazingly well. On the other hand, it's tiring. I'm also disappointed that I have to buy new filters and throw away my nice stash.

The vacuum does very well overall. I have two things that could use improvement. My precious shark has a light on the wand when using the crevice tool or fabric tool, I miss that on this model. I bought the Shark Stratos about a month ago. I love it. It was easy to assemble. The Stratos is easy to change from bare floor to long carpet as you work your way through the house. Another great Shark product.
This is another Shark classic. Rugged and well performing. Missed out on the 5th star for 2 reasons. 1. A bit on the heavy side. 2. The introduction of a consumable part in the form of the air freshener. I would rather not have a lifetime commitment to buying air freshener.

Stratos is nothing but issues.
Blows hair and dirt all over front the vent in front which settles immediately as if I didn't even sweep. Hose is so short it falls over all the time when barely reaching toward corner.
