I love this Shark cordless stick vacuum. It has really good suction and picks up whether it’s your floor or carpet. There is a light up display that lets you know how much is left on your battery. Very disappointed- poor product (Wheels squeak)
I bought this vacuum for my wife for Christmas, 2022 and we opened it on 12/25/22. Now only a few short weeks later we've noticed an excruciating squeaking/squealing coming from the wheels. This Vacuum SUCKS :)
This vacuum changed my life in one session. Not only do I love that I can use the neck of the vacuum as a wand for hard to reach areas, but I love the detachable hand vac, the assorted power settings, the scented freshness pod, the SUCKABILITY. Do not wait, get this one. It's so perfect. Could literally suck a person's soul out of their body.

Batteries don't last
Purchased this vacuum in December, Black Friday sale. Still paid over $200. On sale. Although I love my Shark steam mop, this vacuum is very disappointing. It claims the battery has a 40 minute life, mine dies at 16 - 18 minutes! I called the company, they sent me another battery, does the same thing, doesn't even last 20 minutes. cordless convenience
I'm loving the convenience of the cordless Vacuum. No more tripping over the wires and changing outlets to accommodate the room that I'm in. Also, it does a great job on my rugs

Disappointed
I have many Shark products, including three vacuums. My purchase was through QVC. After the presentation I was impressed with the product. I've only owned this for less than a year and it is a huge disappointment. The suction is awful, the machine shuts off when used with only the attachments and overall, the cleaning it does is subl-par. I regret making this purchase.

Definitely worth the money
I love My new shark cordless pro vacuum. It does everything you'd expect it to do and more. It auto senses dirt and ramps the power up when necessary or you can switch between 3 different speed settings as well. Junk, Cheapo Breakable Plastic
These new Shark Cordless Vacuums are not as heavily built as the IR series. They drop and the cheap batteries have engagement tabs that break off, leaving the battery useless. I bought 2 of these units and will not buy anymore. Looking at other brands now.

Horribly disappointed. Don’t waste your money
This is the worst piece of cleaning equipment I’ve ever used in my entire life. It shuts off and “overheats” after running for 15 seconds max even though I’ve taken it completely apart and cleaned it out several times. Terrible
I purchased this product and it is ferriable. I can only get 20 minutes run time and takes over 2 hours to charge after each use. I should have went with a higher model like Dyson.

DON'T BUY! YOU WILL NEVER FIND A REPLACEMENT BATT
No one appears to have replacement battery for this model, despite easily finding even aftermarket batteries for other models. The battery shows either out of stock or even discontinued EVERYWHERE - including Shark themselves, and has been that way for a LONG time. When your battery is gone, the whole unit is trash,

Disappointed
Only buy if you want your charger to stop charging if. Months later still out of stock and oh you have to play for it. So disappointed in the service I have received and have always been a shark user but guess that’s stopping now.
