Love this vacuum!
I have two Rocket vacuums/. I use one in our home and one when I clean houses that we build. This vacuum is lightweight, simple to use, and does an excellent job!

It falls over if you try to stand it up and more
There are 2 things I don't like about the Rocket. First, the hair gets really bound up around the roller. I have to cut it off after each use. Second, the Rocket can not stand up on it's own. Great vacuum
I really like this vacuum. It is lightweight but not flimsy, it cleans easily and works well. It is also attractive and so much easier to get up and down the stairs than my old vacuum. I also like the detachable smaller, hand held vac.

Ease of use
I have a Shark Corded Stick Vacuum I purchased some years ago. This one was for my brother. He loves it! The ease of going around corners and the attachments are great. Worth the money.

Puzzled
Recently purchased on Prime day. Plugged in and the LED lights in the lower brush assembly do not come on. I had registered the product and called the Warranty dept. They told me the lower brush assembly is not covered. I told him I just plugged it in. The 5 year warranty states nothing about the lower brush assembly.

Send it back
I sent it back. It does not stand up by itself I stub my toe running for it before it fell to the floor. If it keeps falling everything is going to break on it. Very poor design. Tha bucket for dirt is small. I only buy shark, this was a disappointment.

BEWARE ‼️
Absolute garbage vacuum!! The way they designed the cord at the top of this vacuum to wrap around is insane and very dangerous! As you can see in the pictures herein, the cord will eventually expose the wiring and not even electrical tape will help as shown. Their so called “warranty” is useless against this. Don't buy this model
I bought thinking it was great because it was Dlx. Well hair wraps around the motor and you can't get to it to clean it resulting in a vacuum that no longer works. Foolishly I didn't register my product thinking it'd last longer than ONE YEAR and I was wrong. So I'm left with replacing it.

Great vacuum cleaner
Powerful suction in a light weight design. Great for cleaning everything! Cabinets, drawers, crown molding, upholstery, fan blades, baseboards and of course, floors.

Happy Shark Owner
I've had some very expensive vacums,wasn't really ever happy with any of them.A friend suggested I try a Shark.Turns out,this is the best,easiest and lightest vac I have ever owned.Thanks for making a great product.

Although I love this vacuum I don't understand why you cannot make it stand alone it makes the work twice as hard trying to find a place to profit while you stop to pick something up off of the floor makes no sense thinking about taking it back

Replacement But So So Good
This was a replacement. Love it just as much as the first one. Cleans so well, easy to maneuver and who doesn't love that it converts to a hand vac.

Good Shark Rocket
I received this vacuum a month ago in an exchange under warranty from Shark. It works really well but I am disappointed Shark sent me a replacement vacuum that does not have a zero M self cleaning brush roll. I do not like this vacuum as much as my previous one.
