Love this vacuum!
I have two Rocket vacuums/. I use one in our home and one when I clean houses that we build. This vacuum is lightweight, simple to use, and does an excellent job!

Great Vacuum!
Light weight and picks up great. This is a replacement for our old Shark vacuum, and we couldn't be happier!

Although I love this vacuum I don't understand why you cannot make it stand alone it makes the work twice as hard trying to find a place to profit while you stop to pick something up off of the floor makes no sense thinking about taking it back

Replacement But So So Good
This was a replacement. Love it just as much as the first one. Cleans so well, easy to maneuver and who doesn't love that it converts to a hand vac.

Good Shark Rocket
I received this vacuum a month ago in an exchange under warranty from Shark. It works really well but I am disappointed Shark sent me a replacement vacuum that does not have a zero M self cleaning brush roll. I do not like this vacuum as much as my previous one.

So many great features
I bought this Shark HV371 to replace a Bissell stick vac after the same part failed twice. I had used a Shark stick vac at the BNB where I clean occasionally but this model is improved over the one I used. The features that have impressed me so far (3 weeks of use) are: 1. Good Vaccum that works on both carpet & hardfloors
Great small Vacuum, it's light and has a great capacity for its size. It doesn't clog as easy as some vacuums do and is great for owners with pets.

Awesome cleaning machine !
Love this Vacuum ! Light weight, suction to beat all vacuums ! Long cord , lays flat to get those dust bunnyās from under the beds! Also that Dog Fluff that our Dog leaves laying around . Disappointed
Bought a month ago or less, pole falls off when I lift it up. But I have difficulty opening the Ben to dump trash.
Recently a home body I am not able to return it or I would.
Vacuums great on wood floor but not thin rugs.

Good choice
I have been a Shark user for over 10 years. I do not believe in the cordless products specially for cleaning. Tried different brands and products, but nothing is the same as Shark I love my Shark

Lite weight for a senior to use easily.
II purchased the Shark Rocket in April of 2016. I has been the BEST vacuum cleaner I have ever purchased. I recently bought another one just as a back up. Breaks Easily, Brushroll Burning Smell
I have purchased this vaccuum twice now and both times the brush-roll has started to break. The first one I had worked for a while until I started smelling burning plastic and the brush roll started rattling. I opened the cleaning compartment to investigate and the edge of the brushroll had somehow rubbed against the casing and started melting/burning from the friction....
