Floors have a noticeable difference
I have hardwood floors throughout my home and keeping them clean is always tricky because I have a dog & two kids. This Shark hardwood floor cleaner does an amazing job at cleaning and my floors look great!

Not worth it.
After a year of purchase and using inside my home for normal cleaning the left side stopped rotating and it sounds like the motor is going to blow. It is a great mop while it lasted. Not worth the price to only be able to use it for 1 year.

Like the extra steam at the handle botton
I bought this a year ago, and before one year it started whining, and they replaced it with new one. It was still under 1 year warranty. I had also purchased a 2 year warranty when I bought it. So it's covered 3 years. Works great on our ceramic tile floors.

Cleans well on tile!
Love the machine - so much better on my porcelain floor tiles/grout - actually cleans/scrubs vs the ones that just rotate, only caveat is that I wish it would also vacuum at the same time saving me the need to do that first - my floors are very large - entire house is tile.

Great power and steam.
This mop is amazing! Didn't realize my floors were that dirty until I washed the heads. Works great and highly recommended

Mopping is a breeze!
The rotating heads make mopping so easy. My only complaint is that the water tank is small as I had to refill it a few times. However, I reckon that if it had a larger tank, the mop would be heavier to handle. All in all, I really like this mop compared to other steam mops. Shark does a good job improving on their products.

Life changing steam mop
This mop is life changing! The spinning heads make it pretty much self-propelled, so it’s really easy to use. The cord is nice and long, and it comes with 2 sets of scrubbing pads so you can wash one and use one. Definitely recommend!

watch out
Works well just make sure pads are on and don't get to wet cause if they slip off it can scratch ur floor.

Effective, Effortless Mop
I bought this steam mop about a month ago and use it at least 3-4x/week. I adore this mop! I am disabled and struggle significantly with poor energy levels and am easily fatigued, but not with this mop! The spinning mop heads making moving it over the floor an absolute breeze. Good but not Great
I purchased this item when my older Shark floor model "died". It works easy but I am not happy with the fact that you can't use any type of cleaning solution and the fact that I have unsealed hardwood in most of my home and I can only use this with the steam feature. Cleans my tile floors not without pre-cleaning any spills or spots by hand.

Disappointment
I have to say I'm a little disappointed in this mop the first time I used it it worked excellent the last two times I have used it it has left a film over my floors and they do not look clean at all I'm really disappointed.. my Bissell cordless crosswave X7 does a much better job cleaning the floors then this does

It literally stinks
Worst purchase ever. Everytime we use it it smells like mildew. Yes, we have washed the pads, washed the base, tried everything and it just stinks.
