Great robot vacuum! Please buy!
The Shark 2-1 Robot mop vacuum has been incredible! The technology and ease of use is well worth every dollar. Have a large German Shepherd dog and kids. Floors are so clean now!

This is the second matrix mop and vac that the water doesn’t come out . I wouldn’t recommend this product

I got my sharkmatrix this month and several times after I vacuum and it returns to the dock it doesnt always charge

Awful
This one does not clean very well. It leaves thing in its path and I have to go behind it with a hand vac.

I've had it a week and it has yet to complete the task without an issue. I have mapped the room and put no go areas and it still went through one and then missed a random section.

Horrible
This thing never does what it’s supposed to. I’ve never seen the mop function work, I’ve troubleshooted the issue, I’ve tried the recommendations. And nothing. But it does let allllllllllll the liquid go when it’s parked. I’m beyond frustrated.

Great cleaning capability
I’ve had this for a few weeks now and really surprised at how much dirt and dust it is still picking up. I wish it could run longer on a single charge but at this price point I’m ok with it.

Works great for dog hair
After recently getting my 2nd puppy in less than a year (2 golden retrievers) , I NEEDED help with the constant vacuuming! Decided to try the Shark Matrix Plus 2 in 1. This seriously is the best gift a dog owner can have! i set a schedule for 2x a day to vacuum & mop at same time in the app.. Now I have CLEAN floors and less stressed out!

Great Vacuum
The robot was very easy to setup and I like that you can schedule it to run once a day. It does a great job vacuuming and a pretty good job mopping. Every now and then it only completes a very small area and thinks it’s done so that would be my inly complaint. I wouldn’t pay full price for this but I got it for a very good deal so at the sale price it is excellent value...

Great Robot with great features
Great Robot with superior cleaning. We have two dogs and it handles the hair and dander better than our previous shark. The edge blower removes the dust bunnies the previous model would sometimes miss.

Buyer beware
I loved this vacuum until the bottom of the water reservoir completely detached after less than a year. So now I can’t use the mop function and they’ve been out of stock of the replacement bin for months so I haven’t even been able to purchase a replacement.

Don't do it!
I'll start with the positive - it does a great job mapping. Negatives - you can only have 1 map. It took about an hour to map 600 square feet. It doesn't pick up anything against walls. It missed a lot in the carpet. I vacuumed with my upright afterwards, also a Shark, and it picked up so much stuff. It kept vacuuming the bottom of a shelving unit to the point of damagi...

Clean the floor very well, it's a great upgrade from RV2610WACA AI Ultra 2-in-1. Only one container and small attachment for the moping features, very friendly user.

Breaks a lot
The robot keeps having parts break such as the mop clip twice and now the main dustbin clip. It is rediculous. I’ve had it six months and it is broken more than working. I had to tape it on to keep it in place.

Disappointed
I have bought this AND had a replacement sent to me and both vacuums have done the same thing. The dust bin button has broken on both and it’s been within two months of use.

Good product
I absolutely love mine. I gave it a 3 because I have a big open living room and kitchen and then adding the two bedrooms this thing can’t make it the entire way through without having to stop and recharge and the recharging period is rough 3 hours so takes about 6 hours to get through everything ? Do not buy this vacuum if you have animals as the roller gets stuck quite often, you also have to refill the mop container (and it is not very big) every time instead of it auto filling from the docking station. Too noisy but picks up well
I just got the new version of this robot after having the one you need to switch out the back to mop. This unit picks up great but it is louder than any of the other Shark robots I've had. Loved it for 9 months, now regret my purchase
I loved this for 9 months. The button/latch on my dust cup broke and I cannot vacuum without it taped together, and cannot use the mop feature at all. I have clicked notify me on the replacement dust cup, and still no replacements available in 2 months. This was an expensive purchase and I thought I researched it enough.
