I’ve been having my Shark Matrix for two weeks. Listen to me, if you have a pet (dog) and they shed a lot. Please purchase this today. I recently Bought a house. I found Myself cleaning “vacuuming” several times a day. I did Some research and asked around . Me & my colleague decided both to purchase this for our homes. It’s worth every penny. Get it today.

Breaks constantly
I have had this less than a year and it has broken 5 times. The same way each time. Each time it has been fixed under warranty but that will be up soon and I know the same issue will occur to a 6th or more time. It’s a cheap clip that holds the dust bin onto the robot an when this clip breaks the entire robot stops working.

Shark team came through and replaced my vacuum sincethe replacement part I’ve been needing for months has been on back order. I run this every night while we’re asleep to get all the debris from the day (kids, dogs, husband, etc.). Praying the dust cup spring will stay working appropriately on the new one. A Great Help!
So fat, so good. It took me about two weeks, and a phone call to figure it out. I use it for my family room. I wish it could walk up the stairs. Otherwise, it serves the purpose it was purchased for. It's great at vacuuming and mopping.

Waste of Money
What a waste of money! The vacuum is constantly sending error messages, does not return to the dock half the time and despite mapping the house, does not consistently clean this area. It takes 85 minutes and does a crummy job. I do a way better job with my regular vacuum. I received this as a gift but it is a huge waste of space

Great at first. Only worth it for the first year.
When I first bought this, it changed my life. But approaching a year of having it, it has so many problems, I feel I need to buy a new one and its not worth that. The water tank for the mop feature has a crack in it. I need a new roller and a new brush. I would happily replace all of those items, but I have yet to find the in stock.

Poor Sucking
I bought this about a year ago, and it all started out great. I lost wifi a few times, the robot wanted to factory reset itself after that. Parts break easily.
I’ve had this robot for less than 3 months and both the dust cup and the mop pad base broke. I wish I had read the reviews here before buying this item. I guess this is a common occurrence since these particular parts are out of stock. Now I’m stuck with a useless robot until who knows when.

I had high hopes for this robot vacuum, but it’s been a frustrating experience overall. Warranty Replacements
I’ve had two warranty replacements because it stops releasing water in mop mode. I had the first unit for 11 months and the second unit for 3 months. Waiting to see how long unit three will last. When it’s working it does okay. It helps between manual weekly mopping.

Wanted to love
I wanted to love this vacuum I was holding out on purchasing a robot vacuum finally did it and a month in the mop reservoir is damaged somehow and every time use it for vacuum it cracks more and more I can no longer mop with it it just leaks. I have tried to look replacement part because I really love it but parts are out of stock????

Not worth the mopping deal on the product
It doesnt really mop the floors puts soap on them and that it doesnt suck it up so the floors are sticky. Not a good match for doing less
