The first one I received did not dock properly. It took me a month to get a new one from them although they did replace it which I appreciated. The new one has the same issue, but it’s better than before. I guess I just have to deal with the fact that it will never properly dock. The dust clip for the dust pan broke and the piece is on backorder for a month. I have not...

We’re truly sorry for the issues you’ve experienced with docking and for the inconvenience caused by the broken part. We understand how frustrating this must be, especially after already going through a replacement.
We looked into this and do see that the part needing replacement is actually the water tank, as this assembly includes the clip mechanism that locks the dust cup into place. At the moment, the water tank is out of stock and may take approximately 2 to 4 weeks to become available again.
Once the part is back in stock, you’ll receive an email notification letting you know it's available and prompting you to contact us so we can move forward with the replacement.

Don’t waste your money!
I bought this because I have several Shark vacuums and mops and love them, but this product is awful! The brush roller is stuck every other time I run it. I have an older self empty robot that I never had that issue with. Very disappointing!!

Mapping doesn’t work gets stuck everywhere
I honestly like the idea here but for some reason will not map out my house. Maybe I’m missing something here. I wish it mopped with more solution or water whichever. The little spinning brush got ripped out because it got stuck on the corner of a towel in my bathroom. Also get stuck on room transition strips… maybe it’s just time to redo my floors but my dog pees every...

Hating mopping features - vacuum was great
We tried this a couple of times - vacuuming was good, but hating the mopping feature. We tried do many things to keep it off the area rugs when mopping and the only thing that worked was putting up barriers. Easier for me to mop myself. Returned this item. We have the robot vacuum and love it - will stick with that!

Nothing in the setup or in box with vacuum about the floor water solution and only mixing parts of this vacuum it 80% water 20% solution.

Great robot vacuum! Please buy!
The Shark 2-1 Robot mop vacuum has been incredible! The technology and ease of use is well worth every dollar. Have a large German Shepherd dog and kids. Floors are so clean now!

Horrible
This thing never does what it’s supposed to. I’ve never seen the mop function work, I’ve troubleshooted the issue, I’ve tried the recommendations. And nothing. But it does let allllllllllll the liquid go when it’s parked. I’m beyond frustrated.

Great cleaning capability
I’ve had this for a few weeks now and really surprised at how much dirt and dust it is still picking up. I wish it could run longer on a single charge but at this price point I’m ok with it.

Works great for dog hair
After recently getting my 2nd puppy in less than a year (2 golden retrievers) , I NEEDED help with the constant vacuuming! Decided to try the Shark Matrix Plus 2 in 1. This seriously is the best gift a dog owner can have! i set a schedule for 2x a day to vacuum & mop at same time in the app.. Now I have CLEAN floors and less stressed out!

Great Vacuum
The robot was very easy to setup and I like that you can schedule it to run once a day. It does a great job vacuuming and a pretty good job mopping. Every now and then it only completes a very small area and thinks it’s done so that would be my inly complaint. I wouldn’t pay full price for this but I got it for a very good deal so at the sale price it is excellent value...

Great Robot with great features
Great Robot with superior cleaning. We have two dogs and it handles the hair and dander better than our previous shark. The edge blower removes the dust bunnies the previous model would sometimes miss.

Buyer beware
I loved this vacuum until the bottom of the water reservoir completely detached after less than a year. So now I can’t use the mop function and they’ve been out of stock of the replacement bin for months so I haven’t even been able to purchase a replacement.
