Exceeded my expectations
We have this little vacuum set up to do about 2200sq ft out of our first floor and it tackles it in one charge at full blast. I didn't really see anything on my hardwood floors till the vacuum empty itself in the canister and wow all the things that it picked up. It does a good job around corners not perfect but good. Genuinely useless

Bought this item about a month ago. Kind of regret it because when you select certain rooms the robot will still clean areas not selected which can be a problem when there’s objects not meant to be suctioned in those spots. It has frequent errors, dust bin doesn’t empty fully, and just overall the battery life-suction ratio makes this item not worth it to me.

The old one was good. This one is magnificent.
The Shark Ninja people gave me this rather excellent and vastly improved replacement for an older model into which both I and the product support people at the company had invested a lot of time and money.

worst ever
Have the regular matrix and love it. This 2 in 1 not so much! Was three times the money and not worth it. Called and they sent me a replacement. It is worse than the first one. Just want a nother without the mopping

Breaks and they won’t replace
My husband got this for me for Christmas in 2023. I have a bit of a vacuum obsession. Fast forward to June 2025 and the mop option will not put out any water. Called shark and they told me I’m out of warranty and there is nothing they can do for me. $400 for a vacuum that only last 2 years is unacceptable. Vacuum robot do fine job, but it need more vacuum power. Mop is worst and I had do finish mopping.

Randomly stopped working. Can’t turn back on.
Really wanted to love this robot vacuum. Worked pretty well for the most part and the self emptying aspect of it was a game changer. However, we just crossed the one year threshold and it suddenly stopped working. The “low battery” lights will not stop flashing and the robot no longer turns on. We maybe used it once a week so I would’ve expected this to last much longer...

Pretty awesome
Bought this robot in November and had issues with it. Under shark's warranty they gave me a whole new unit, so far so good, hopefully this one lasts.

Poor features

Great product!
I bought this a few weeks ago and now I can’t live without it. I have two indoor dogs who constantly shed, and the vacuum does AMAZING! If you have pets, I recommend the base as my vacuum empties itself at least once every session.

Waste of money
This product refuses to clean individual rooms, it leaks, it won’t connect to the dock when done cleaning then it dies. We have remapped the house, factory reset the machine, and disconnected and reconnected it the app. It still has the same issues. When it decides to work it works well, but that’s rarely.

Redesign mop plate
Vacuum works well. Mop plate breaks easily. Hard to prime for mopping.

Third time ain’t the charm… unfortunately :(
I have given up… this is my third Shark and they have all not worked out. Mapping issues… sent the robot back, same problem happened, sent that one back they sent me an updated model (I thought this one should be good, right? wrong!) it decided to stop working as well. I’ve had other good Shark vacuums and really had high hopes, but for me this was a no.

So far so good!
So far so good! I got this to help with my boyfriend’s cat allergy, which is why I specifically went for a robot vac with a HEPA filter. I schedule it to run everyday before we’re home from work, and I have it mop every couple days. Buggy app, doesn't work half the time
The quality of the vacuum itself is fine, but the app and the connectivity between the app and the vacuum is SO BAD that I can barely use it. Would buy again!!
I purchased this 2 weeks ago and LOVE it! We previously used a basic model with vacuum only. The vacuum/mop combo is a game changer for our busy lifestyle. Just load it and run it when we go to bed. I wake up to clean floors with no work!! Setup is easy and the app is user friendly.
