Love/hate
I have a love-hate relationship with this shark AI ultra 2 in 1 robot self-empting vacuum. I really wanted to love this machine because I love other products made by shark. But I've had two robot vacuums before this one, not shark brand, but I found this one to be more difficult to figure out. Exceeded my expectations
We have this little vacuum set up to do about 2200sq ft out of our first floor and it tackles it in one charge at full blast. I didn't really see anything on my hardwood floors till the vacuum empty itself in the canister and wow all the things that it picked up. It does a good job around corners not perfect but good. Irobot killer
I have an IRobot vacuum, but became unhappy with it. When I saw that Shark had a robot vacuum I thought I'd give it a try.
I have to say that I love this vacuum! The 2 in 1 cleaning on the vacuum does a fantastic job! I'm glad i made the switch.

Terrible warranty
I just bought this 3 1/2 months ago. The bin button broke and it quit spraying water while mopping. Called Shark because it’s under warranty, they said the bin is not covered. Had to spend another $55 for a new bin, and I had to pay for shipping! May be returning and going with a different company for my robot. Very disappointed.

No longevity poor quality overtime
Please do not buy unless you’re okay with a company that doesn’t stand behind their products. My shark vacuum randomly stopped charging and they said that happens overtime and offered me a 30% off coupon and to buy another one highly disappointed will never buy a shark product again. Stops cleaning after a few months
I bought this in February 2024. It was really good for about 3 months. Since month 4, it has progressively gotten worse and worse to the point that it hasn't cleaned the whole downstairs without at least two errors in six months. I'm not sure yet. It didn't map as well as the other one. Deleted the map and it's remapping now but it keeps revisiting the same places. It returned to the dock once and emptied and is roaming around again. It is taking longer than usual. Once it's mapped it's great. More specific videos would be helpful. 3 stars for now. If it Maps right I will increase stars

Very Disappointing
We got this about 6 months ago. It cleans well, but it ignores no-go zones which has resulted in several pieces of furniture being destroyed, including the legs of our dining room table that I got from my grandma.
It also just stopped working out of the blue. I ran it twice in one day and the second time it didn't work and hasn't since. I was home all day so I know not...

Awful- do not buy
I bought this half a year ago and I would never buy it again. The app is terrible and glitchy and it doesn’t matter how much I speak to their support team or try and work it through the app the robot still drives over the carpet with a mop and it doesn’t detect any obstacles like they advertise it too. Sorry I bought it.
Stopped mopping after a sort time. Was sent a second one. Does not mop very well. Vacuum works well and the unit is quiet. Found it difficult to map my house so the unit would work efficiently.

So sad
I totally loved this vacuum until about three weeks ago when it just quit working. I’ve went through all the trouble shooting steps and cleaning steps over the past couple of weeks and it still doesn’t work even after a factory reset. I was going to call support but I looked up the warranty info and it’s only good for a year which unfortunately for me was two weeks ago....

Disappointed
Very disappointed with this. I have a shark vacuum and was excited for this. The fluid reservoir broke after a month so I am waiting for a replacement on that. Meanwhile the app randomly deletes the map of my house so I am continually spending time remapping the house. Not worth the money.

Don't buy this model!!
Great when it worked but not reliable!! Worked for a year then something called the Lidar sensor is not working properly. I have cleaned as instructed done everything I can reset the machine multiple times. Nothing. There is not very good support nor is there good instructions on the lidar sensor after using a can of compressed air. I would stay away from this model and...

WoW What a Vacuum
Product is amazing does as it should, easy to use and set up. Minor tweaking after setting up carpet zones and this thing works flawlessly. I highly recommend this vaccum for any household. The Shark/Ninja family support team is amazing and will help with any and all situations and stand by their product 110%. Again Highly recommended
