Love/hate
I have a love-hate relationship with this shark AI ultra 2 in 1 robot self-empting vacuum. I really wanted to love this machine because I love other products made by shark. But I've had two robot vacuums before this one, not shark brand, but I found this one to be more difficult to figure out. Exceeded my expectations
We have this little vacuum set up to do about 2200sq ft out of our first floor and it tackles it in one charge at full blast. I didn't really see anything on my hardwood floors till the vacuum empty itself in the canister and wow all the things that it picked up. It does a good job around corners not perfect but good. Pretty awesome
Bought this robot in November and had issues with it. Under shark's warranty they gave me a whole new unit, so far so good, hopefully this one lasts.

Poor features
Not at all happy with it .. retuned 3 times for the same defective issue . Would not recommend this at all

Great product!
I bought this a few weeks ago and now I can’t live without it. I have two indoor dogs who constantly shed, and the vacuum does AMAZING! If you have pets, I recommend the base as my vacuum empties itself at least once every session.

Waste of money
This product refuses to clean individual rooms, it leaks, it won’t connect to the dock when done cleaning then it dies. We have remapped the house, factory reset the machine, and disconnected and reconnected it the app. It still has the same issues. When it decides to work it works well, but that’s rarely.

Redesign mop plate
Vacuum works well. Mop plate breaks easily. Hard to prime for mopping.

Third time ain’t the charm… unfortunately :(
I have given up… this is my third Shark and they have all not worked out. Mapping issues… sent the robot back, same problem happened, sent that one back they sent me an updated model (I thought this one should be good, right? wrong!) it decided to stop working as well. I’ve had other good Shark vacuums and really had high hopes, but for me this was a no.

So far so good!
So far so good! I got this to help with my boyfriend’s cat allergy, which is why I specifically went for a robot vac with a HEPA filter. I schedule it to run everyday before we’re home from work, and I have it mop every couple days. Buggy app, doesn't work half the time
The quality of the vacuum itself is fine, but the app and the connectivity between the app and the vacuum is SO BAD that I can barely use it. I've been trying to setup carpet zones for DAYS so that I can try the mopping feature, but the app is so incredibly buggy I can't. When I open the app, 99% of the time the map doesn't load. Would buy again!!
I purchased this 2 weeks ago and LOVE it! We previously used a basic model with vacuum only. The vacuum/mop combo is a game changer for our busy lifestyle. Just load it and run it when we go to bed. I wake up to clean floors with no work!! Setup is easy and the app is user friendly.

Irobot killer
I have an IRobot vacuum, but became unhappy with it. When I saw that Shark had a robot vacuum I thought I'd give it a try.
I have to say that I love this vacuum! The 2 in 1 cleaning on the vacuum does a fantastic job! I'm glad i made the switch.

Terrible warranty
I just bought this 3 1/2 months ago. The bin button broke and it quit spraying water while mopping. Called Shark because it’s under warranty, they said the bin is not covered. Had to spend another $55 for a new bin, and I had to pay for shipping! May be returning and going with a different company for my robot. Very disappointed.

No longevity poor quality overtime
Please do not buy unless you’re okay with a company that doesn’t stand behind their products. My shark vacuum randomly stopped charging and they said that happens overtime and offered me a 30% off coupon and to buy another one highly disappointed will never buy a shark product again. Stops cleaning after a few months
I bought this in February 2024. It was really good for about 3 months. Since month 4, it has progressively gotten worse and worse to the point that it hasn't cleaned the whole downstairs without at least two errors in six months. I'm not sure yet. It didn't map as well as the other one. Deleted the map and it's remapping now but it keeps revisiting the same places. It returned to the dock once and emptied and is roaming around again. It is taking longer than usual. Once it's mapped it's great. More specific videos would be helpful. 3 stars for now. If it Maps right I will increase stars
