Great suction power
The vacuum does an amazing job at pulling up dirt and debris from the carpet. I can go over the same spot and it will continue to pull up stuff from the carpet. The double roll is great and the best part is the hair does not wrap around the rollers! The batter last longer than the previous shark pet pro I had.

WORTHLESS!
I bought this vacuum and it is absolutely worthless! I love shark and I have always bought their products, but this vacuum makes me want to not purchase Shark products again.

Great suction power

Easy to use
I love my Shark Vertex! It is lightweight and easy to move around. I love how it can do carpet also. The way I can get around and go under furniture is great. I wouldn’t buy another brand!

Amazing !
I love all shark products. These vacuums are amazing. You can definitely see that it is doing its job very well on the carpet. It picks up so much. It definitely is a lot better than any other vacuums out there love shark products. You definitely can’t go wrong.

WORTHLESS!

Easy to use and works great
Works really well.👍 Kind of wish the battery life was a little longer, but a bigger battery just means more weight. I was able to vacuum 90% of a 3600 square foot house. Easy to clean after using and the price was right, so I'm satisfied whit the product.

Not Sure
I’ve only had this 5 days so I’m not sure about it. It runs down very quickly. It top heavy and won’t stand on its own. Have to fold it over, searching for buttons is a pain. It bounces on carpet, like gets stuck on the pile.

Excellent! Hair ends up in canister not on brush!
This was a replacement vacuum for a previous similar vacuum that quit working. I love how it works very effectively on carpet and also tile floors. It also doesnt trap hair in the rotating floor brush, but rather the hair ends up in the holding canister where you want it. The dust canister and filters are so easy to wash.

I love this vacuum cleaner, SharkVertex Pro 1Z662H
I really thought long and hard about the purchase of a battery powered vacuum cleaner. The prices are high, it is cheaper to purchase a corded vacuum.

Flex wand keeps breaking
I love the compact folding design of this vacuum, however, I have needed to replace the flex wand two times now. I replaced the wand 2/3 months ago and have been babying it ever since. Yesterday, the wand broke again when my son tried to grab it for me. I do not recommend this vacuum and plan to go back to a Dyson as I refuse to pay for this part for a third time now!

Very powerful & long running.
I love my shark! It has plenty of power and does a great job. Only issue I have is I thought I it came with all the attachments pictured however it only came with 1. Great vacuum!

Forgot to ship two of the accessories.
I like the items that I received. I like the cordless feature and that it is lighter weight than my current shark.
Easier for me to handle. Seems to have good suction.
However I DID NOT RECEIVE the pet multi-tool or the anti allergen dusting brush.
The only accessory I received was the crevice tool.

Exactly what I wanted in a cordless stick vacuum
I have been on the fence about buying a cordless stick vacuum cleaner for the downstairs area of our home. After a great deal of research I decided on this Shark model.
I could not be happier with my choice because all the features and specifications are working as reported. Do not be afraid to give this vacuum cleaner a try!

Buy this vacuum!! Love it!!
This company stands by their products and their warranty! This is the only company I will buy my vacuum from. Battery runs good and is super strong at picking up stuff. I didn’t receive all the attachments it was supposed to come with but it’s ok because I had some from my old vacuum.

Deceptive
This is my 4th Shark Vacuume. I bought this on prime day so the price wasn’t bad. I’m mad because all the pictures and descriptions show all the attachments this comes with. Beware, only the crevice tool is in the box. Very deceptive advertising. I too am worried about the bend as it looks very flimsy.
