My favorite new Vacuum Cleaner
I absolutely love my Ninja Shark Vertex Pro Lightweight Cordless Stick Vacuum with Dutchman Power Fins.
The Vacuum was so easy to put together. I can use it all over my home for hardwood floors, carpet and throw rugs.

Faulty Floor Attachment
Shark customer service gets 5 stars, but this product gets just 1. I received this vacuum as a replacement for an older model of the cordless Vertex Pro, however I am experiencing the same issues with this vacuum as I did with my old one. WORTHLESS!
I bought this vacuum and it is absolutely worthless! I love shark and I have always bought their products, but this vacuum makes me want to not purchase Shark products again.

Excellent customer service
I am very happy with Shark customer service. When the battery on my Shark vacuum stopped working and Shark was unable to replace it under warranty through the mail as I live in Hawaii, they sent me a new vacuum. Thank you, Shark!

Easy to use and works great
Works really well.š Kind of wish the battery life was a little longer, but a bigger battery just means more weight. I was able to vacuum 90% of a 3600 square foot house. Easy to clean after using and the price was right, so I'm satisfied whit the product.

Iāve only had this 5 days so Iām not sure about it. It runs down very quickly. It top heavy and wonāt stand on its own. Have to fold it over, searching for buttons is a pain. It bounces on carpet, like gets stuck on the pile.

Couldnāt be any better ! No regrets
Iām so happy with it ! You have three sizes for the length and the suction is so strong ! Love how light weight it is for my arthritis &love how it can get under my sofas! Excellent! Hair ends up in canister not on brush!
This was a replacement vacuum for a previous similar vacuum that quit working. I love how it works very effectively on carpet and also tile floors. It also doesnt trap hair in the rotating floor brush, but rather the hair ends up in the holding canister where you want it. The dust canister and filters are so easy to wash.

Extremely good product!
I bought this a few months ago and absolutely love it! I did have to get a replacement due to a few issues at first, but shark and ninja products have one of the best customer services I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, that is why I keep coming back for their products. I have well over 15 of their products, and will keep coming back!

I really thought long and hard about the purchase of a battery powered vacuum cleaner. The prices are high, it is cheaper to purchase a corded vacuum.

Very powerful & long running.
I love my shark! It has plenty of power and does a great job. Only issue I have is I thought I it came with all the attachments pictured however it only came with 1. Great vacuum!

Exactly what I wanted in a cordless stick vacuum
I have been on the fence about buying a cordless stick vacuum cleaner for the downstairs area of our home. After a great deal of research I decided on this Shark model.
I could not be happier with my choice because all the features and specifications are working as reported. Ā Do not be afraid to give this vacuum cleaner a try!

Buy this vacuum!! Love it!!
This company stands by their products and their warranty! This is the only company I will buy my vacuum from. Ā Battery runs good and is super strong at picking up stuff. Ā I didnāt receive all the attachments it was supposed to come with but itās ok because I had some from my old vacuum.

Deceptive
This is my 4th Shark Vacuume. I bought this on prime day so the price wasnāt bad. Ā Iām mad because all the pictures and descriptions show all the attachments this comes with. Beware, only the crevice tool is in the box. Ā Very deceptive advertising. I too am worried about the bend as it looks very flimsy.

DECPTIVE ADVERTISING.. Only one tool included
VERY DECPTIVE ADVERTISING... Be careful and read the Shark product details well.
All pictures show 4 accessories but it only comes with the crevice tool. At $450 for a stick vacuum directly from
the Shark web site this is unacceptable. Its not until you scroll down and open the details tab where it says this..
If I didn't need this vacuum today I would send it back..

Suckest vacuum ever. š¤
Well, received our Shark. I do not miss the cord.
It is so nice not to walk and clean. We bought most
Of the accessories that we would need. Even extra
battery that has not been used. We will juggle the
