Plenty of power, just a few quirks
I’ve been using the shark steam pocket map for a few weeks on our sealed hardwood floors and here’s the breakdown.

The mop heats up in roughly 30 seconds so you’re ready to go without a long wait

Stopped working
I have had this unit for less than a year but probably only used it 4 times. I use w mop since it’s just easier to not have to plug it in. It worked 1 month ago when I used it. I put it away without any water in the tank. Filled it and it’s not producing any steam. After a few videos to trouble shoot it and no luck I’m ready to toss it. A waste of money because nothing...

So disappointed. I don’t often use it. The Shark Genius Mop stops steaming . This is my second Shark mop and the SAME ISSUE is happening again.
Save your money and buy a different brand.

It works but takes time and alot of cleaner. I didn't enjoy using this stream cleaner. I found it frustrating and time-consuming, having to wash the fabric often was a pain. Would be better with a solid head with a brush.

Bought two and both stopped working
I bought one and loved it but it stopped working after a few years. We bought another and again now it stopped working after like a year and a half. This is horrible and I’m so upset.

Love The Swivel Effect
I bought this item a year ago. Yes, it cleans and the steam is great. Two things I hate. 1) there's no kick stand to prop it up when not using. It has fallen so many times when I stop to move furniture or stop to take a phone call. 2) Why is there no on/off switch? Again if I stop to move something around I have to unplug it. Leaking and no steam after a year and a half :(
I loved this at first, mainly because it was double sided and fairly hands-free. I’ve owned it for almost a year and a half and I’d say a few months back the steam wasn’t coming out as powerfully as it once did. Now it leaks water from the bottom leaving small puddles.

It is perfect for hardwood and tile floors . Easy to maintain just need water to fill the tank. Works great!
Worked great, however the filling flask was cracked upon opening the box the first time leaking all over the place. Shark needs to be accountable and replace this part immediately when addressed.

Does Anyone from Shark Review These Comments
Purchased this mop February 2020 and the filling flask used to fill tank is cracked. Water leaked all over the counter. Shark needs to look at the vendor of these flasks, because it is definitely a manufacturing issue. The Dirt Grip Pad started to fray after one use. Was hoping to get an additional pad as some sort of consideration for this Fair product.

Does not work
Save your money. This does not work. 99% of the time, it does not heat up. The 1% of the time it does, it does not stay on. Garbage. Buy something else.
