I really am enjoying and appreciating my new Shark. All my Shark products are great! Time saving! The last box of pads I bought were defective. The gray strip rolled off with the first use and the pads left a film when I mopped. This never happened before. I called the company. The rep was very friendly and helpful. VACMOP replacement pad
Its obvious that buying stuff from you works well, its just when you have to call support on your other products that things go awry...even if you have a lifetime warranty you paid for. So if you want my real opinion, contact my about the issue I am still having with my RV1001AE that will not connect to my wi-fi. And send me a link that actually works rather than some...

QUIK Mop
Should be the name. I would recommend this floor cleaner. It's quick and easy. Charges quickly and the deposable wipes/collection could not be more handy.

God Sent
I bought this in May in Florida while I was on vacation. Used it when I got home and was immediately thrilled with it. It saves me time and energy. Love being able to vaccume up dirt and then clean floor with out having to change tools.
