My original Shark did not mop well. Shark sent replacement parts but it did not cure the problem.
Then shark sent a whole new vacuum.Â

Not great
I have had this for over two years. It is not great and I’ve been pretty disappointed with it. The vacuum suction is very weak. I’ve watched it go over small, lightweight objects such as a small leaf and it does not pick it up. It won’t mop if there is carpet anywhere between it’s home base and where you want to mop. Wish it worked
Received this as a Christmas gift. It worked fairly well at first, now it doesnt pick up anything. It doesn't cover the whole room, stops short and returns to base after doing only half the space. Gets stuck easily on thresholds. Would be handy if it actually worked. .

Waste of Money
I bought this 4 months ago and have been so disappointed with it.
- It will not vacuum when the mop piece is on. We have two dogs and there is no dog hair in the bin when the mop attachment is in place.
- It frequently gets caught up on our black furniture. We have a number of furniture pieces with black legs/platforms and it seems as if it can't see them - gets stuck...

Works great!
I bought my Matrix a few months ago and absolutely love it! Â It cleans better than my standard upright vacuum. Â I like that you can map multiple rooms and either send the Shark out to do the whole house or just a single room or two (or more). Â The mop attachment works very well too. Â I send it out to do the kitchen multiple times a week to keep my floor looking spotles...

Junk after a couple of months
After a couple months doesn’t find dock EVER. I have spent way too many hours trying to get this to work properly. I have spent time and money changing the filters. Which is a ridiculous number! It won’t even pick up crumbs now after a year of owning it. Save your money!

Poor lasting battery
Got this before Christmas and works great but has a poor battery lasting time runs only 25 minutes not 90 as stated.

Does a great job at a good price
Been using this vacuum for about a month and have not had any issues. Does a great job on both carpets and
hard wood floors. I have an Old English Sheepdog and she is always tracking things into the house. The vacuum handles it all.
The price is right as well. Wish it came with more than 2 cleaning pads.

Good vacuum pointless mop
vacuum is amazing I only wish i would have stopped there. Could have saved money and bought just the vacuum. The mop works decent but because it is going over where it already mopped it gets so wet underneath that it cloggs up and can no longer suck in anything which means its just dragging dirt around the room and dropping it usually when it turns so you have random we...

Good product but not a great battery life.
I bought this a few weeks ago and it does a good job. The downside is that the battery does not last long at all. It will vacuum one room in my house then have to go charge. Also, if you set it to vacuum several rooms it has to charge not far into it then it will not resume where it left off before going back to the charging station.

Love this
Best thing since sliced bread. Have to give this review. Ive been using this for a year now, it keeps my floor cleaned, granted you have to clean the mop and vacuum apparatus after each pass. It might get confused on occasion if you move things around in your kitchen, but you just need to relearn map for the fix.

Looking for assistance
I love my shark matrix two and one vacuum. However, it has trouble at times returning to the base. It meanders around the house for about 10 minutes and then eventually finds its way to the base. Is there a solution to this?

I have had two shark vacmops (the model prior to this and this). I love the vacuum and mopping as I can run it and keep doing other things or have it do a room while I’m gone.
