Bad experience. Remote did not respond
Remote is not working . With in 4 months it did not respond and all the controls are in the remote and the warranty is not covered for the remote.
This is bad customer experience .
Only one manual button is present for this and wholly dependent on remote.

Love this Air Purifier unit
This is a good unit that have both heat and air purifier. I used this every day to cleanse the air in my house. My wife loves the heat as it get cold in the house.

Don't waste your money
This will be 4th heater and I will be calling again to send another. The thermostat isn't right. It'll do good for awhile but after that it won't turn off like it's supposed to be. It just runs and runs. That's not good. This is why I got this to save energy. I'm sick and tired of calling shark. Like send me something good! I don't why people put 5 stars on this piece o...

Best Air Filtering System Ever!
The heating and cooling feature, the HEPA cleaning the air, best, top of the line air cleaner I've ever experienced.

This is the second one I've had. Same problems
I have only problems after problems . It stays on 0%. The thermostat has been a problem too

No sale
This is not a review of the product but for the company. I was going to buy this purifier because it was on sale. The website said the sale lasted until December 17 but, I guess it ended on this early. I would’ve bought it yesterday if I knew. I’m a long time Shark customer but not anymore. I guess I’ll go with Dyson. I’ve never seen them abruptly end a sale.

Don’t waste your money
This is my 5th shark room air purifier. My first one works great. The next 4 have all been failures after 2 days.

Keep on looking elsewhere
Not good for a heater. It blows the air pretty good when on purifier mode but once you turn it on heat mode it barely blows anything. The room is 10 x 12 and it ran for two hours and started out at 66 degrees and it literally went down to 65 degrees and then back up to 66 degress and never got any warmer in the room than 66 degress after two hours. Had the black model Air purifier just stop working with no power. After contacting customer service, both times were able to connect by video and complete the process to have a new device shipped free and within normal shipping times. Shark made sure to keep their customer, my family taken care being a dependable company!!

Great design and it delivers!
I purchased it mainly for the air purifier, however the puried heat function works wonderfully and delivers heat quietly and quickly. I would strongly recommend this unit as a supplemental heat source while providing clean fresh air.

It's good as long as it lasts
I purchased the first one in 1/23, it lasted 3 months. The 2nd one lasted 6 months and now I'll be getting a third one. Hopefully this will last longer. It's only used intermittently.

It’s okay
Powerful and the heat works well. I don’t think the air quality percentage is accurate most times as it jumps from great to horrible for no reason. It is also quite noisy when oscillating. The motor grinds when switch directions. Already had to have it replaced.

Perfect for me
I want to give 5 stars but it's too soon. I purchased it to replace my heater and air purifier. With the outside temperatures averaging 47°f, it has no problem keeping 800sqft at 65°f. I got it right after we had teens for a while week. I wish I had it at that time to see how it would've performed. For now it's great!

I received 1 of the product looking used and returned. The top had been scratched and part of the vent was dirty. I do love that it’s a 3 in 1 that’s why I purchased it multiple times. I would had given a much higher rating if not for the used product.

Creaky oscillating feature
I've only had it a couple of weeks and the oscillating feature makes a weird creaking noise. It's not a bad product, but definitely not worth the full price so I'm giving 2/5 stars as I feel the quality doesn't match the price.

Great air filter with heating
Got this for our cabin where the entire family has allergies. Within 3 hours of it running we felt better. Ultra quiet, heater works well and worth the money based on the first couple days using it.

PERFECT AIR PURIFIER/FAN/HEATER
I absolutely love the quality & design of this! While I did purchase the smaller Sq ft coverage one for just our bedroom, I've had it for about 8 months now and haven't had to change the filter, it stays on 100% and if it does drop, it does its job to quickly adjust the air. The automatic temperature control system was way off by 5 degrees also the side to side movement mechanism was making cracking sound when activated and when heating shutdown it is still accelerating from side to side have tout off manually.
