Very pleased
I got this for my daughter and she was very pleased when she opened this as her Christmas gift. She got it all set up very quickly and said that she loved the new computer. I got the 4 year protection package along with the 2 year anti-virus protection and the lifetime subscription to Microsoft Office, so she should be set for the next few years.

DO NOT PURCHASE!
This laptop is a total lemon. Within 2 weeks of purchase, the screen was randomly flickering or disappearing entirely from view. A tech person told me the laptop had bad wiring and that it made more sense to buy another laptop rather than to pay to get the computer rewired. After using Apple computers this is a whole new thing for me
The tech guys at Staples set it up for me, helped me get my Plug in DVD player working and gave me tips on this new laptop. I love how fast it boots up... less than 5 seconds. I also really like having a number pad on the keyboard, makes typing so much easier. All in all, I LOVE the computer and really love the service from the Staples Tech team.

Perfect for my use
I didn't need an expensive laptop for my use. I wanted a brand I could trust. I have used HP before and was excited when I saw this computer on sale. It was a great price and exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend for anyone who uses a laptop occasionally or when travelling.

Gift for Daughter-in-law
Our daughter- in-law is homeschooling our grandkids and had an old laptop, pre Vista. Keeping records of progress and downloading material was next to impossible because of lack of "support" from the antiquated laptop. She is amazed and "in love" with this laptop. Not the best purchase
