Allsteel Quip
Sat in a higher end Allsteel chair at a conference and loved it. Didnt want to pay of $1k for a chair.. Wanted a comfortable chair, fully adjustable that helped me sit with good posture.. this fit the bill and at $199.. very happy. Im 225/lb and 6'2 and it fits me perfect.. seat cushion is firm but comfortable.

very disappointed
delivery was quick but the box was already opened. I paid for installation, so I waited to see if the installer saw damage. But the installation was scheduled 6 days later. That date was cancelled. Now I wait a week after i expected instllation.

Less than what I expected
I purchased the allsteel quip from staples online. First chair arrived damaged from shipping. Second chair survived shipping. At first I thought the chair was good quality for the price but after sitting I noticed the seat is loose where it connects to the actual chair. Lots of side to side and front to back rocking of the seat when the base and back are still. No way ...

A chair that actually fits me!
I am 5’2” and have never had a comfortable chair until now. The adjustable depth makes this chair perfection especially for the price!

Uncomfortable, great service
This chair seems well made, heavy, lots of adjustment options but after trying several positions, could not find a way to make it fit me (female: mid height and weight). Fully messed up the attempt to return as it came mostly assembled and couldn't remove from the bottom shaft. Took to Store, which wasn't possible to simply return in-store after already printing the UPS...
