Staples 4 Year Connect Device Protection Tech Help
The Staples 4 Year Connect Device Protection Tech Help Plan was bought for an item that Staples cancelled the purchase of 36 hours after ordering as they were not able to provide the item. However I had to call to have this cancelled, and still waiting to make sure it actually did, because the Staples system and the Protection program don't talk to each other.

Staples 4 Year Connect Device Protection Plan
As it doesn't start until the 1 year manufacturer warranty expires it is only a 3 year plan IMO. As the device was just purchased it will be at least a year before I can know if it will be as promised or not or even if it will be needed. At this point I have no other issues. I bought this plan primarily because the device was refurbished by the manufacturer.
