I received help right away searching for ink for my new computer. The gentleman was very helpful and gave me good advise time and distance the ink would go to.

They are too Expensive. They cost more than the Printer.
The Price is really high. It’s hard to believe that if you replace your toner Cartridges Twice it will cost more than you Printer. I will never purchase another Cartridge again. Sorry but that is the Truth.

Lousy delivery
Staples used DoorDash to deliver to me. All 4 times Staples called to let me know that the delivery person could not find my address of 24 years. I kept telling Staples' customer service to use another delivery. On the 5th time it was finally delivered through UPS. NEVER USE DOORDASH!!!

Nearly empty shelves.
When only the magenta is available but not cyan it is a sad day for my laser printer. Staples could to better with ordering more stock.

Quality when the software works
I’ve had to call tech support a couple times due to software issues. When the printer works it does a nice job. Finally found the setting to turn off the low toner nag (it’s relentless). I bought this because I have an earlier model but that one is more agreeable and consistent than this model. It may take a little time to figure out how software settings affect it. I...

Finish Print Job
I appreciate being able to go to our local Staples to purchase 4 toner printer cartridges needed to finish a print job for our nonprofit curriculum that we had to distribute the next day. Would have been better to have the option of buying High Yield cartridges or a 4 pack of all cartridges for a discounted price. Looking forward to the Rewards points from this purchase...

The Canon cartridges greatly out-perform the "compatible" cartridges that I orderd by accident a few months ago. I will never order "compatible" cartridges again.

The store manager Mr. Ike is always knowledgeable and willing to pitch in and help his staff. The cartridges came when he said they would and the ink lasts a very long time which saves me money!

Lasts a long time
I have had my printer for over 6 months and the original color toner cartridges are at 40% so I haven't even installed the new one I purchased. I use my printer for home use and print regularly. I am happy with the number of copies and quality of print.
