Flatware really sparkles
Not only do the dishes & glassware shine much more than the did with other detergents but, my rather elderly stainless flatware actually sparkles!!
It took a bit of time for this to happen but now, people helping me unload actually ask if I’ve bought a new set

New dispenser
First time use on dish washer. Had the product on the dispenser and closed the door and then ran the washer for 1.5 hours. The pack did not get disposed and was still there. Not sure why but it did not do what was directed .

New and Improved? Yup!
I had issues with excessive sudsing when using Platinum Plus. However, this is not the case anymore. Scent seems to have been reduced as well. Cleaning is top notch, dishes are gleaming, no issues with etching, no mineral deposits in the machine or on dishes, and no residues!

Purchased the big container when I bought my new dishwasher. Works okay except on my stainless steel pans after I've burned some food in them. Even after washing the same pans over and over, the burnt on mess on my pans doesn't come off unless I scrub it with the abrasive side of a sponge. odd after taste
We have done three loads with this product and all of the dishes we have washed smell something like grape.
The taste is in the tea we drink and the smell is in our cookware. We are going to rewash everything with another detergent in hopes the taste will go away.

Love Cascade
I don't usually do these but felt I needed to. I have used cascade pods and before pods I used liquid. Just recently because of cost and income I pucked up Finish pods. This was a huge mistake they where a mess left the inside of machine cloudy in placesand residue from pod. Commenting because I’m just tired of re-cleaning those dishes that come out of my dishwasher with baked on food particles. This time it’s a SS bento box and a highball glass caked w/food debris.

Easiest metal bottle cleaner, hands down!
I have a metal coffee cup like most people do. It’s picked up coffee stains regardless of washing. Looked online and it was as simple as one Cascade dishwasher pod, hot water, and let it sit.

Couldn't believe my eyes!
Holy mackerel, this stuff is amazing! One cycle and it cleaned off tea & coffee deposits that my old detergent left behind. I'm switching for good!

The best dishwasher detergent out there!
This is just the best dishwasher detergent there is. I didn’t realize how well it worked until I accidentally bought a different brand and I had to soak all of my dishes in the sink before running them through the dishwasher. Magical
Cascade Platinum Plus is Awesome! This product does exactly what it claims. I scrape, load, wash. I tell my husband watch this…I’m putting this in the dishwasher and when it’s done it will be clean, it’s like magic! This product has surprised me over and over.

Horrible smell that won't wash off
This product leaves a terrible soap taste on everything. I tried running the dishwasher again with just water, but everything still tastes and smells like soap. Not for older dishwashers
Do not use in older dishwashers with more powerful spraying cycles. Immediate leaking from the bottom of the door upon switching to the Cascade Premium Pus pods. 4 -5 inches of sudsy foam when the door was opened during the spray cycle. Changing the door seals did not solve the problem.

Don’t Dissolve
Half of the pods don’t even dissolve. Spend good money on a product that you can’t even trust to do the job. I won’t even give them away because I don’t want someone else to have the same issue. Going to go back to Finish power ball detergent. The Finish product works considerably better than these Cascadia pods.

Not Efficient or Environmentally Friendly
Very disappointed in this product. 1 out of every third or fourth one does not dissolve completely and need to run the dishwasher again as cannot be sure the dishes have been cleaned properly based on how much soap is left in the dispenser. The undissolved product leaves a mess in the soap dispenser and down the door. Double the water usage and double the use of the act...

Doesn't clean dishes
I have used Cascade for decades. I bought a large bottle of liquid Cascade that I stored in my closed garage last winter. When I opened the container to use it in my dishwasher, I was surprised the color was orange as I poured it out. After using it in the dishwasher it left the dishes covered with a film while not fulling cleaning them.
