This is my favorite floor cleaner!
Updates to the new swifter mop, and this cleaning solution is already one of my favorites. It seems to give you better value for money, as it seems to last longer. And the lavender scent makes the house smell great.

Regret buying this
Cleans poorly compared to spin mop. And the cleaning solution gives me a headache - way too strong.

This is my favorite floor cleaner!

The Power mop is amazing. I didn't expect it. I just love the lavender scent and It is often praised for being refreshing and leaving a pleasant aroma in the room after cleaning.

Great mop and efficient.
To all the community, once you try this, you will never go back to the traditional way of mopping your floors. Water and a bucket is a thing from the past. I love this product. The fact that cleans my floors great and after, you can discard the dirty pad. There are other products that I tried, such as the ones that have an attach pad and after, you can wash it. Who want...

Replacement cleaner bottle will not fit in device.
The product worked for the first time, until we needed to replace the liquid. The genuine replacement bottle will not click into place.

We're sorry you had this experience with your Swiffer PowerMop, CorieB. Our products undergo many quality checks to ensure they get to you with the best results, so we don't expect these things to happen. Check the silicone cap. If the cap is bulging, follow these troubleshooting steps:
* Attempt to unscrew/rotate the cap counterclockwise by 180 degrees or half a rotation.
* After this step, tilt the bottle on its side for 2-3 seconds to check for liquid leakage.
* If there is no leakage, insert the bottle into the device.
* If there is leakage, move the bottle upright, screw it back on 180 degrees or rotate clockwise to reclose. Retry the insertion into the device.
If this procedure doesn't work, please call us at (800) 742-9220 Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.

Fantastic!
I tried out this new lavender scented floor cleaning solution and it has been so great. It cleans the floors in such a nice way and leaves the best smell throughout the house. It makes it quick and easy to clean up after the kids and dogs.

Lovely lavender scented Swiffer Solution
Swiffer Power Mop Lavender Cleaning Solution smells so good. Fresh and clean like spring. It cleans and rinses surprisingly well. No sticky residue left behind. I walk barefoot on my kitchen floor after cleaning and it feels clean and smooth.

14yr old Daughter actually used!
I was pleased I purchased this mop. The solution was a lavender. Nice scent. The solution is easy to pop out and in. You can switch to a different scent then back again. I liked that the scent was light and didn’t linger for hours.

Great scent
Love the scent! I get headaches with strong odors and strong perfumes and this scent works wonders! Love how it's not over bearing and also smells just great! I could also go through one of these refills in 4 months so last for a long time!

Such an awesome scent
I love this powermop! The cleaning solution works incredibly well and has an amazing scent. The scent is calming and provides an exceptional clean. The Swiffer power mop is incredible and I can’t get enough of the clean with this product. Highly recommend to all!!

Smells fabulous!
I love the smell of this new cleaning solution. It smells so nice and fresh and relaxing with the lavender scent. I find that it really does a good job of cleaning the dirt out of my floors. Plus it leaves my house smelling fresh for quite a long time after I finish using it.

Love the scent
This cleaning solution is very effective at cleaning up my floors. I really like the scent of the solution. It has a pleasant smell and makes my kitchen smell nice. It does a great job of cleaning up messes.

Smells like lavender. Gets the floor clean. I think it cleans just as well as the original scent just smells like flowers. It was a nice scent. Easy to use in the mop, in fact, exactly the same as the one that comes with the mop.

Oohhh lavender
I love all smell lavender. My basement usually smells like a wet dog due to the weather and husky i but this solves that problem for me. A quick few sprays and a few good sweeps of the floor it is smelling fresh quickly and cleans all the spots at the sametime!

Great scent cleaning
Got this refill to try out besides the fresh scent pack and it smells great! Definitely a system I recommend to maybe a quick mop of our hardwood floors. The entire system is easy to use, the cleaning cartridge and mop heads are easy to change and working great

Cleanest ever!
I’ve been cleaning my house with many products throughout the years, nothing surpass this one. The smell is fabulous, and it’s not too strong. It does a fantastic, clean a job cleaning my floors. You actually don’t need much to do the job.

Lasting
Swifter has pleased me once more with their more natural smells and cleaning products. This bottle is easy to insert and maneuver in the swifter power mop base. Lavender is one of those scents that are hard to recreate and when done right you are left with the scent of fields filling the air.

Lavender….My favorite scent ever!
First of all I LOVE my PowerMop Multi-Surface kit for floor cleaning! No more bucket and mop for me!! I dont normally like anything that is scented but i find that the scent is perfect not too strong and makes my kitchen and bathrooms smell great! There is no sticky residue
