Easy to use and does a great job
I actually got this about 2 years ago as a Christmas gift and never opened it until last week, there was a slight problem with the seal on the top tank but customer service was there, quick, fast and awesome. This machine is easy to use and is absolutely great at cleaning the carpets. Highly recommend, I also own the little spot remover machine and it work just as aweso...

Best carpet cleaner machine
I'm so happy with my carpet machine. I'm waiting on my friends now about the machine and if they need any of their carpets cleaned or rugs that I would be happy to do it for them to show them how good the machine is
