Wi-Fi Extender
It’s “easy” to set up if you simply follow the correct method step-by-step. The set up told me the outlet I plugged it into was perfect. It’s not perfect. I still have some spots where the Wi-Fi is not consistent but it’s much better than it was. Also I have plaster not drywall walls and ceilings so I’m sure that affects it also. It is worth purchasing.

Couldn’t stay paired.
The unit would not stay paired with my modem. Could not get a signal even 5 feet away had to return it.

We took it back. It was not compatible with our router. We tried twice to get help and the second time the woman was very patient tried everything she knew got help from the tech and then said to return it to the store. Very easy return. We appreciated that.

ORBI ROUTER
I returned it. I then bought the ORBI Router & Satellite System which seems to be working well. Summit Broadband router equipment has a poor signal in my Royal Marco Point Condo.
