Well to start it never does the same thing twice, Why I have it in first place is for E-mail.(Yahoo) That is always the last thing to come in. Things I don't know or want are there immediately. Bing is one..??

Nice desktop computer. Functions great.
I love my HP all in one. Only complaint is no CD slot so when new printer required the CD it took me a few days to figure out how to download the drivers without it.

Damaged Items More than once
Ordered this Desktop and had to return/reorder 3 times. First 2 deliveries of the same product had a damaged monitor with cracks and black squares all over them!! The only good thing was Staples handled the re-delivery quickly but I had to return the items which was an incovenience, rather than them having courier pick it up AND having to dismantle everything each time....

Keyboard lettering on the side keys (not the main letters) is too small as I am visually impaired. Notification sound is not loud enough.

A Definite Upgrade
I bought a new HP All-in-One computer to replace the one I got several years ago. It was getting increasingly slow and the Windows 10 updates from Microsoft were ending. The new computer is great. Fast and easy to use--doble the RAM and great display. Setup was amazingly smooth.

Great Company
The very first day I hooked it up, I was hacked through my email. I contacted HP, and they quickly fixed my issues, scanned my computer, and had me back on track. Very impressive.

Tech supports first comment after providing the serial number stated this computer was "out of warr"
This "new" computer had a bad operating system and would not recognize the wired keyboard nor wired mouse. After 3 different techs attempted an "on site" fix, I was sent a shipping box to send it back to the repair center.
