This item came in quickly and was exactly what I needed to ensure my printer was working properly. Easy to install and it took no time at all.

Defective
A brand new high yield toner which was ordered from the HP Canada website was installed. Within a few days the printer gave an error message saying that the toner was either counterfeit or refilled. Contacted HP and after submitting all the receipts, told that I would be sent a new toner. Months later and have not received it, only to be sent messages saying the toner w...

Stay at the Printer
When printing multiple pages, stay at the printer. The printed sheet curls down into the supply tray and can jam. Remove each sheet after it prints.
