Used the shredder for old credit cards and paper documents. Ran fine until shredded a credit card. Feed became blocked and could no longer use the machine. Only 4 months of use. Would not recommend this product.

Definitely do not buy this shredder
I didn’t think that this shredder would be a problem, but as I’m adding items, it’s very slow, even sometimes if it’s only one or two sheets, it won’t go all the way in and it jams it up. Unfortunately, it’s too late to return it, but I would definitely not recommend this.

Good shredder, cheap plastic bin
The mechanism for shredding is great, Although it says 8 sheets, I found 5 is about the max. I don't like the cheap flexible plastic bin. The one I replaced had a nice metal wire mesh bin with handles. This one has no handles and the slick plastic can be hard to hold when you go to empty it.

The shredded is of poor quality go with another brand mine stopped working after 4 months now have to buy another one and brand
