I purchased this chair for work back in February. Initially it was fantastic—but that was short-lived. The fabric started fraying and the chair deteriorated within just two months. So comfortable
This chair is perfect for someone with a bad back. You just need to know that the instructions are not clear on how to adjust the lumbar support. The lever is on the arm rest to adjust the lumbar support. Not under the seat!!

I was a little worried when purchasing this chair but once I got it all set up (it is heavy so it may help to have two people) it was great. The seat itself is so comfortable but breathable. Poor Delivery
The chair itself is fine. Assembly is a bit of a challenge because the seat assembly is heavy and awkward to handle. The Chair is delivered unassembled in a large box that weighs nearly 50 pounds!
