Fixed my back problem
I’ve been suffering from Piriformis syndrome for over 8 months and have tried everything I can think of, including going to PT, trying out various ergonomic chairs, and getting a standup table so I can work while standing. Almost there … but not quite
It looks like people here appreciate this chair. I just can't see why. Here's what I've found after a couple of weeks of use.
The seat pad is okay, but it gets hot pretty quickly. Something about this cushion doesn't seem to breathe as well as I'm used to. I definitely appreciate the mesh seat more after trying this out.

Nice chair!
I have been searching for two years for a comfortable chair. This is my 3rd one and just WOW! The seat cushion is SO comfortable and the lumbar support is phenomenal. It was very easy to assemble but may need two people to rest the chair on the hydraulic as it's quite heavy. I'm a larger woman and have issues with average size seats. This is perfect! Great lower lumbar support. Very comfortable to sit in. I am about 5’5 in. My husband’s chair back is higher but this is perfect for my useage.

Great lumbar support
I have arthritis in my lower back and this chair has helped tremendously. My only criticism is that the seat could be longer and the chair should be able to go lower. An adjustable seat depth option would help tremendously, otherwise the back support is great.

Almost perfect
With all of the outstanding features of this chair, there is one design adjustment that would improve it and give it 5 stars:
Elongate the fore/aft slots on the base plate attachment to the seat base. This would allow assembly a custom fit with additional adjustment to available seat length. Even another inch could make a difference.

Great, comfortable chair, helped posture, arm rests not fully adjustable
I am extremely happy with the quality of the Beautyrest chair for the price. I was misled, however, by the claim of adjustable arm rests. They only go up all the way or down all the way. They do not adjust height. That was fine for me, but i can imagine it might not be fine for others.

Great for back pain
Got this for my wife who has moltiple back issues and has a hard time sitting at her desk all day. With this chair she can adjust the support and has really made it easier and less painful for her to do her job. She loves it!
