Extremely dissatisfied.
From the day I put it together I was getting binding in the back in the shoulder blade area. Sometimes so bad that it would make a loud pop before the lumbar support would release. Comfortable for long hours, small frame
This chair is on the smaller side, so fit me well at 5'4". Not too difficult to put together if you are realtively handy. The active lumbar seems unnecessary. When you lean back, the lower back support disappears. I am not sure the point. It is very comfortable otherwise. I needed a chair for 8 hours of sitting and it fits the bill.

Does not honor warranty
This chair was purchased just under two years ago. I noticed that when sitting the chair was listing to the left side. When we reached out to have the chair repaired or replaced, we were told that this was normal wear and tear. Broke after just over four months
One of the screws in the base broke clean off into the chair after only four months of regular use. Now it leans and creaks and will likely break further if I continue use. Will not be buying this brand or any Staples-sold chairs in the future. Luckily, the manufacturer is offering me a full refund, but STAY AWAY.
