IT'S WONDERFUL!!!
Ordered my new Serta Big and Tall chair because I am a fluffy School Secretary that needs comfort as well as stability while moving about the office. Barely survived a year
I bought this chair specifically due to the weight limit listed (350 lbs). I'm not within 100 lbs of that limit. That said, the chair barely lasted a year before it stopped being able to be adjusted. It has started just falling down to the lowest position, which is too low for me. I'm already shopping for another chair.

Comfortable sturdy, assembly was a bit frustrating on the back panel but otherwise good.
