I can't turn off the lights
I can't turn off the lights and when I call the technical department is not open and I have spent a lot of money and in the future I would not do it again and they always give me a report but it is of no use and in the application if I put it in HD it gets slow

Works as advertised! Equipment came

Equipment came packaged tight, the install is straight forward with everything you need, the features and quality of the system is exceptional. The cameras present a blue light that is visible to anyone looking towards your house, which gives me a peace of mind that the cameras are recording 24/7. ...

New Lorex system
I am still learning the system, but it is a very great system. I love the fact that the cameras remain color at night, and they are very clear. Much better that the one I had from another company!

Good quality video
The camera quality is very good. There are times a person is misidentified as an animal. A convenient option would be to pause recording rather than just pausing notifications.

Excellent product and support.
I purchased these. Called tech support with questions and discovered they would not work with my system. They refunded me even though I was over the 30 day by a few days and helped me with the right camera I was needing. Outstanding company and product.

Great camera and upgrade from old system
Have absolutely no issues with these cameras and they work beautifully well. App is very easy to use. Can definitely see the lights from the cameras from very, very far away. We are the 4th house in from the neighborhood entrance and you can see the lights from that distance!

Can not read licence plates
Can not read licence plates further than about 40' or 50'. I had hoped it could do better. Otherwise this camera is fairly decent. Does a good job catching traffic entering and leaving my home.
