Heat not working after 2 months
Chair was great, I bought it for comfort and the heat feature. Personally, not interested in massage feature myself but good for those that enjoy it.

Great Chair!
It is sturdy and comfortable. Fairly easy to assemble. Massaging and heat features are great. The only problem is that we are continuously running over the power chord that is needed for the massaging and heat features. It would be a 5 star if you could charge your chair over night and unplug it for the massage and heat features.

Not enough back support
I’ve had this chair about a year now and the one criticism I have about it is it does not give enough back support. Unless you like leaning towards the back, but I tend to like sitting straight up. Great Chair - Very comfortable and easy assembly
The chair is very comfortable and easy to assemble. I went to the store to try chairs which you should do before buying. The one I was going to purchase was much less comfortable than this one which is why I prchased. Sales people were very nice at Iselin NJ store.

Own Two of These Comfy Chairs
These chairs are very comfortable. Family of 5'11" down to 5'3" and we can all get comfortable in them. We don't use the massage and heat features much, but nice to have -- especially the heat when it's cold. Purchased one for DKs and liked it so much we got a second for the home office.

Comfortable however the back started to creak a lot after two weeks. The vibration is odd and wish it actually massaged. The heated seat turns off quickly and the only way to turn it on is by first turning on the vibration. I wish it reclined more and was easier to recline. This is such an upgrade! Chair is comfortable, warm and massage vibration is subtle but relaxing. I did need another set of hands to help assemble, but otherwise was simple and easy. 10/10 would recommend.

Love this chair!!! I sit in mine 8 hours a day/5days a week and it still looks new! I have used the massage and heat maybe 10 times and it’s great have… riding another one for my home!

Bonded Leather Swivel Massage Chair
Purchased this chair two weeks ago and I love it. Had it delivered to the house and I have it put together in ten minutes. When using it I have to sit in it for two or three hours at a time and when done I get out without any back pain or sore muscles from sitting in a uncomfortable chair
