DOESNT LAST WORKS FINE FOR A WHILE THEN STOPS
I bought this product like 2 years ago it worked fine and it did what it needed to do but after those two years conveniently enough after the warranty expired it started giving a lot of issues, it would clean the whole house at all even after troubleshooting and maintenance it would leave the base spin in circles and go back to the base and say mission complete after no...

Shark Matrix Robot Vacuum
Don't buy!! It will worked until the Stupid app update now it doesn't and customer service has no clue!!! Use to be great products! SAD!!!

Robot works great app crashes even after 2 updates
When I first got it the app worked great. The unit does a good job however when it completes it’s cycle and I hit review report the app locks up and the. I have to restart the app. Please fix this. I am using an iPhone 14+ on version 18.6.2

I was excited about getting this new robot. Ive used it for about 2 weeks. This robot is so noisy including a loudrattle sound! My 4yr old model in comparison is much better. I bought this unit to replace the first Shark vacuum purchased several years ago. I like the new unit because it doesn't have the maintenance issues the older unit had with clogging. Great Shark Robot Vacuum
I bought this a few weeks ago and it is really doing a great job on cleaning my wood like floors. I use it twice a week and it really helps me to keep my home clean. If you buy one watch the maintenance U tube video so you keep it working well.

Better than previous robot vac.
We purchased the Shark Matrix (RV2310AE) roughly 14 days ago, and really liking it so far. This is replacing a Shark RV1001AE, that we purchased in 2019. The Matrix seems to clean better than the RV1001E did new. The Matrix has not gotten stuck like the previous vacuum did.
The only gripe we have at the moment, the side brush is already showing wear.

Disappointing functionality and customer support
I bought this product a little less than two years ago. About ten months into ownership the body stopped working and continued to run a brush-roll error code. I contacted shark and we did several troubleshooting procedures but none worked. They offered to replace the body since it was still in a 1 year warranty, I unfortunately still had to pay a hefty shipping fee. Now...

Best vacuum
I love my robot shark vacuum!! It saves so much time since I do not have vacuum. I love the fact that it vacuums under my bed! I love that I can set a schedule and not have to worry.

I couldn’t get it to learn my house plan. I redid the floor plan 5 times and moved the room diagram. I gave up. I wish it had 2 brushes not just 1.

Bad Communication and Bad Service
I have no idea if the product is any good, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I bought the robot from Walmart, brand new. Took it home and it wouldn't leave the base or do anything. so far so good!
This is our second self emptying vacuum robot from Shark. So far so good! It's smart and gets the job done! our last one was a great quality and worked for a full 5yrs! Hoping to get the same out of this new one.

Do not recommend
I’ve always been a fan of Shark products, but this experience has really changed my perception. I purchased this vacuum just two months ago, and it already needs to be replaced. To get it working again, I had to repackage the entire unit, print a return label, bring it to FedEx, and now I’m left waiting—without a working vacuum and no clear timeline for resolution.

not so hot
I have not been able to use the robot, The battery will not charge. The light is green. When I call the 888 number I get nowhere . The photo will not go thru I called 2 times.. So I am stuck. Fix it, so I can use it.
