Great for double-coat dog!
Replaced old robot of another vendor and have been using for several weeks on hardwood floors and area rugs. Really like the option of “matrix” cleaning when I want an area cleaned twice. However, regular cleaning mode and normal (vs max) suction level clean well particularly given my double-coat dog. It’s nice to have these options.

This thing is junk. It was great at first but now doesn’t work well and won’t vacuum my whole house without returning to dock. It also won’t remap my house anymore either. I’ve tried all of the steps online and it still will not work correctly. It’s also had a squeaky wheel since i bought it. I’ll never buy one again

Fluffy dog hair

Brush roller sucks brush not stiff enough
Brush, roller socks, barely picks up, fluffy dog hair off of carpet. It will go over the fluffy dog hair, three or four times and it will still be on the carpet. Vacuum is great app is great. Roller and suction sucks.They need to improve on the stiffness of the brush and suction

not compatible with google home assistant
I bought this to work with my google home assistant for voice command. a firmware update was pushed down and now google home does not see the vacuum. this is still unresolved 2 months and counting. it appears there is no sense of urgancy to correct. highly disappointed and would not re-purchase Read the reviews on line before buying

Very unhappy
Very unhappy with my Matrix. Even with max suction it doesn't pick up a small bit of cat hair let alone get down deep into the carpet. The brush doesn't come past the vacuum body so not surprised that it doesn't pick up anything.

Need more time!
The jury is still out. My old shark robot has two brush feet and seemed to pick up more stuff! From emptying, it doesn’t appear that this robot is picking up hair.

Focus on tech, not enough focus on functionality
I bought a shark years ago when they came out, worked great, easy to troubleshoot and very long lasting. This version has been nothing but issues. Sub par suction, doesn’t detect dirt well, and now currently will not charge, I have had this less than a year and do not have carpet. Nice & quiet
I love it! It is so quiet too. I don’t have to turn up my tv volume. Been using it for a little over a week now & have not seen anything it missed. So it’s doing very well.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

Robot works great app crashes even after 2 updates
When I first got it the app worked great. The unit does a good job however when it completes it’s cycle and I hit review report the app locks up and the. I have to restart the app. Please fix this. I am using an iPhone 14+ on version 18.6.2

Great Shark Robot Vacuum
I bought this a few weeks ago and it is really doing a great job on cleaning my wood like floors. I use it twice a week and it really helps me to keep my home clean. If you buy one watch the maintenance U tube video so you keep it working well.

I bought this unit to replace the first Shark vacuum purchased several years ago. I like the new unit because it doesn't have the maintenance issues the older unit had with clogging. Better than previous robot vac.
We purchased the Shark Matrix (RV2310AE) roughly 14 days ago, and really liking it so far. This is replacing a Shark RV1001AE, that we purchased in 2019. The Matrix seems to clean better than the RV1001E did new. The Matrix has not gotten stuck like the previous vacuum did.
The only gripe we have at the moment, the side brush is already showing wear.

Best vacuum
I love my robot shark vacuum!! It saves so much time since I do not have vacuum. I love the fact that it vacuums under my bed! I love that I can set a schedule and not have to worry.

Robot vacuum
I couldn’t get it to learn my house plan. I redid the floor plan 5 times and moved the room diagram. I gave up. I wish it had 2 brushes not just 1.
