Love the mapping feature
I’ve only had this for a few weeks, but so far I love it. It especially works great on my wood flooring and tile. It’s not perfect picking up all the hair from my golden retriever, but it’s definitely sufficient enough that I don’t have to use my upright vacuum nearly as much.

Love the mapping feature

I love it, and I didn't think I would.
I actually do love this vacuum. It is my first robot vacuum and I didn't have high hopes, just something to help take some of the work off of my plate. The vacuum is actually really good. The floors are really after a cleaning. I still vacuum once a week, to get the hard to get areas but the house is much cleaner with the help of the robot vacuum. It's not too loud...

Great Vacuum
This is my second one that I have bought, the first one lasted almost 10 yrs........then, I just got this one and it works FANTASTIC!!
It is so nice to come home to a vacuumed house in between using the other vacuum.......

Smat home integrations not functioning
The vacuum currently only works through the app. The google home integration has been broken for months!

Short life span and no repair available
Garbage. After a little over a year, a side brush motor failed. Shark told me they would only repair it if it was under warranty and would not allow me to pay for a repair. They said my only option would be to buy a new machine at a 30% discount, which is still more than I paid for this one due to their extreme fluctuating price scale.

Keep Shopping
I bought this about 9 months ago to replace a Shark that I had for 3 years that was Magnificent, it’s vacuumed every morning, I emptied it every evening and used air compressor on Sundays to give it a good dusting. I Love this Robot Vac!
I have only had “Maxine” for a short time, I have used it twice to clean my entire home. It is amazing how clean it gets my hard floors. It is so easy to map the house and have it clean. Cheap. Feels very plastic compared to my last model which broke after a yr and a couple months. Its also very loud, much louder than my previous one

Junk
This thing is junk. It was great at first but now doesn’t work well and won’t vacuum my whole house without returning to dock. It also won’t remap my house anymore either. I’ve tried all of the steps online and it still will not work correctly. It’s also had a squeaky wheel since i bought it. I’ll never buy one again

Brush roller sucks brush not stiff enough
Brush, roller socks, barely picks up, fluffy dog hair off of carpet. It will go over the fluffy dog hair, three or four times and it will still be on the carpet. Vacuum is great app is great. Roller and suction sucks.They need to improve on the stiffness of the brush and suction

not compatible with google home assistant
I bought this to work with my google home assistant for voice command. a firmware update was pushed down and now google home does not see the vacuum. this is still unresolved 2 months and counting. it appears there is no sense of urgancy to correct. highly disappointed and would not re-purchase Read the reviews on line before buying

Very unhappy
Very unhappy with my Matrix. Even with max suction it doesn't pick up a small bit of cat hair let alone get down deep into the carpet. The brush doesn't come past the vacuum body so not surprised that it doesn't pick up anything.

Great for double-coat dog!
Replaced old robot of another vendor and have been using for several weeks on hardwood floors and area rugs. Really like the option of “matrix” cleaning when I want an area cleaned twice. However, regular cleaning mode and normal (vs max) suction level clean well particularly given my double-coat dog. It’s nice to have these options.

Need more time!
The jury is still out. My old shark robot has two brush feet and seemed to pick up more stuff! From emptying, it doesn’t appear that this robot is picking up hair.

Focus on tech, not enough focus on functionality
I bought a shark years ago when they came out, worked great, easy to troubleshoot and very long lasting. This version has been nothing but issues. Nice & quiet
I love it! It is so quiet too. I don’t have to turn up my tv volume. Been using it for a little over a week now & have not seen anything it missed. So it’s doing very well.
