Short lived
Purchased 08/2023. Worked great until recently. Now it will run for 5 minutes or so and then stop working. According to the lights (solid red, solid white, solid red) it has an internal issue. Major Time-Saver!
I wanted this because I’m tired of spending so much time cleaning up after myself and my guests. This vacuum is better than anything I’ve ever seen! Great vacuum

First Robo-vacuum and it is great!
I have only ever used a traditional vacuum cleaner so I was not sure what to expect going in. I am moderately good with tech and that is important as an app is required to set this thing up. Great for pet hair
I needed some help with keeping up with the pet fur and I got this robot vacuum. The large emptying hold is great. With pet hair I have to empty it more frequently but it's worth it. Love this so much
This is by far the best thing I’ve gotten! Lord knows we got too much stuff to clean let alone adding vacuuming to the mix, this makes life so much easier and I can get it done in no time just from the press of a button!

I previously had the shark AV752 ION Robot Vacuum, its a HUGE upgrade compared to this one! Amazing Vacuum!!!
Wow this vacuum exceeded my expectations. This was my first time using a robot vacuum and it didn't disappoint. Fun, if a bit gimmicky
This is our first robot vacuum, and the results so far are mixed!

- cleans nicely under beds

Some issues
I had issues with the robot cleaning all the carpet. I also have a Roomba and never had that issue. The self emptying feature is very nice but it got clogged on first attempt. It did appear to get the carpet clean.

fun robot vacuum!
overall I'm fairly pleased with this robot vacuum. A must have in every home
Definitely a must have in every home. After the easy and quick set with the app the Shark Matrix is a dream to have. Saves us time by setting a schedule for it to clean when we want it or on the spot deep or a light cleaning. Works great and I don’t have to worry about sweeping every week. Definitely recommend this for everyone to help out with their chores.

My carpet hasn’t looked better
Upon receiving this I have always heard how great shark vacuums are and this lived up to the hype. It was super easy to set up and get cleaning. It mapped out my apartment in a few minutes so I sent it out on a cleaning run. My carpet looks amazing and I can’t believe I waited this long to get one.

Great vacuum
This is a great little vacuum. Very compact in size but huge cleaning power. Simple to set and use. Docks and empties itself automatically so you have no worries for over a month just empty the docking center and your done.

A clean house everyday
After a long days work the last thing we want to do is vacuum. Now we don't have to. This Shark Matrix is the Rolls Royce of robot vacuums. I've had the cheap ones that do not clean everything and break fast but not with this one. The suction is powerful and the whole house stays clean!

So happy with this vacuum!
I got this vacuum cleaner a few days ago and I am so happy I did! Saves me a lot of time vacuuming. Picks up dirt very well and I can turn it on and clean at the same time. Highly recommend this Shark robot! Easy and fast set up as well!

OBSESSED!
This is the most incredible thing I have ever gotten for my home. I would recommend it to anyone. There are two things I HATE -- vacuuming and laundry. Being able to take one of those things off my list permanently feels so good. I would recommend this to anyone. It is so small, sleek and quiet. YOu will love it.

Awesome vacuum
This is a very nice vaccum..it comes with accurate precise mapping features of where the vaccum needs to go..this is self emptying and also has other amazing features...it does a great job on collecting dirt and hair from dogs..its nice and sleek not bulky or loud
