Short lived
Purchased 08/2023. Worked great until recently. Now it will run for 5 minutes or so and then stop working. According to the lights (solid red, solid white, solid red) it has an internal issue. A True Wonder
I just moved into a pre-war building in Washington Heights and dust is everywhere with the original wood flooring and this little dust-buster is the best. Nice upgrade!
My old robot vacuum bit the dust after 4 years. I wanted a self emptying one this time. This vacuum does not disappoint so far! It's already had to empty itself once after cleaning 3 rooms. Good for intermittent cleaning
This is my first robot vacuum I've owned. I am pretty impressed with how well it maps and navigates the house. The app makes it easy to tell it to give the living room a once over or "Matrix Clean" (go over the area twice) in the kitchen. Holy Grail
This machine is magic! We have a household with two dogs, a cat and two crazy toddlers that leave no room unturned. This vacuum has been a lifesaver. We love knowing that this machine runs effectively and efficiently even without us being home! I would recommend this to anyone with pets or kids who could use an assist with cleanup!

Clean floors without the hassle

excellent features

Game Changer
This Shark Matrix robot self cleaning vacuum is a wonderful machine. I really like the self cleaning feature. During its operation, if the vacuum is full it will return to base, empty, and then pickup where it left off. Other great features include the spot cleaning setting, ability to clean one room or the whole house, and quietness during operation.

Game changing product

Ahhh this is so great! Setup was extremely easy, doesn't take up a lot of space. We named ours Lurch. Lurch is so quiet and does a great job of cleaning. Vacuums scare my puppy but Lurch doesn't bother her too much (unless it bumps into her), but if it does, I can always run it at night and not worry about it bothering her.

Much better than non-mapping vac
I love this upgraded Shark robot vac, my previous one did not map, not did it empty itself. Once I got the vacuum into the charger (the photo on the Quick Start card showed being inserted into the base backwards, so I struggled with getting it in right at first), and charged up, it didn't take long before it was mapping my living, dining rooms and kitchen. Incredible
This vacuum is honestly amazing. The first run it “maps” your house and the accuracy was 100%; after it maps you can send it to specific rooms depending on if you want it to focus on only certain areas. I’ve found it also picks up all types of dirt with ease. The automatic emptying feature makes using this a breeze

It’s safe to say I’m not a fan of cleaning so any product that helps me save a step is a product for me. I love how easy it is to use and how it gets a great clean in, making sure our home always stays tidy.

Amazing
The app is easy to use, it is great to have the ability to set so some no go areas. The robot is never lost or stuck and it is quiet! The self empty function is amazing as well, so easy to clean no need to worry about the vacuum it goes back to her spot and it's done
