Poor Design
The mute button makes the same tone whether you're muting or unmuting. It's not acceptable to know whether you just muted your phone, or unmuted it while you're on a conference call. It does seem comfortable and the bluetooth setup for 2 devices was very easy. Regardless - I used it for 1 call and returned it as that design defect just won't work for me.
