Easy entry into Windows 11
Bought this because none of the computers I currently have are updateable to Windows 11. Easy start up, so far I like it very much.

Mislead
Purchased this specifically because the Staples website showed it had a backlite keyboard. When it arrived, I discovered it didn't. Poor advertising on Staples part. Not sure how many other specs don't match as I'm just getting started. Check the manufacture specs before purchasing as you can't trust the Staples specs.

worst purchase ever
I hate it--with a passion. Got bullied into buying this computer with amenities I DID NOT want. The very first day home after 2 hr. Micro soft tried to scam me. In the first two weeks I owned it, It was at Staples 8 days with problems. One of which it was infected with viruses. Still having problems with META and Google trying to take over.

Disappointing Laptop Performance
I recently bought this laptop and I'm very disappointed with its performance. It’s incredibly slow, even for basic tasks like web browsing and checking emails. Simple actions often take too long, leading to plenty of frustration. If you're looking for something to handle everyday use efficiently, I’d suggest looking for better options. This laptop just doesn't cut it.

My HP laptop.
I am a little disappointed that my laptop didn’t have a disc player or a card reader. I didn’t notice it until I was wanting to down load my photos and couldn’t. I bought a SD card reader today but I wish it had the CD player since I save my photos on a disc. I loved my old lap top. I thought it was the same. The laptop does ok . I just wish it had been like my old one....

This entry level lap top is a replacementfor an older one. It is perfect , fast loading and the 17 inch screen is easy to read for a 88 year old. HP products have been very reliable. I wish it had a back light.
