Great find
I received this ink from the Stellar Product Testing Pannel in exchange for my review. This ink is just as good as any “name brand” ink. I print daily for work and have been happy with the quality of the ink on the pages I print. It was easy to install and works great.

Doesn’t work
Didn’t work. Printer would not recognize cartridge as original and therefore they would not work.

Great find

Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with the Staples remanufactured Black High Yield Ink Cartridge Replacement for HP 910XL.

Didn't work
Our printer doesn't like with these cartridges. Gives an error. We tried the suggested steps to get it to resolve with no success.

Leaking upon arrival
30 min with Customer service and only wanted to credit 1/4. I asked to return entire and after being on hold/ hung up on and they did call back.They are allowing all to be returned.

Only cartridge that worked was a recycled hp cartridge
2 of the 3 cartridges would not work in my printer. Returned all 3 for credit. Only the recycled hp cartridge worked. Generic ones didn't

Problem with the staples remanufactured Black High Yield Ink Cartridge
There were no instructions about inserting in my hp printer and when I removed old and tried to install this new one it began to leak and got ink all over my hand. Then the printer refused to acknowledge it. I am returning it to staples.

Staples remanufactured DO NOT WORK
I have spent HOURS trying to modify my PRINTER so that it will accept these cartridges. Prior to May 2025 they would work. I now have over $60 of cartridges that DO NOT WORK - not recognized HP chip. HP has firmware that updates to includes dynamic security that checks these cartridges...firmware roll-backs have not worked for me...but I should not need to!

It leaked all over my desk when I took it out of the package. I disabled the cartridge protection setting and it still won’t work.

The ink description gives the impression it is compatible with an hp printer but it is not. the hp printer does not recognize it because it does not have an hp chip so it will not print
