Great service. The store brand printer ink was out of stock and the store at 07860 was most helpful. It arrived via mail within 2 days> Have not yet installed it.

Recycled ink cartridge
Cartridges lack the HP chip and will not work in my printer. Staples didn't state this in their specs. Waste of time and money for me.

NOT A VIABLE OPTION
This toner is not working as needed. It is making marks all over the printouts. Will be returning for a refund and sticking with HP toner cartridges.

Don’t be fooled!
I don’t know why staples even sells these. The firewall on the printer does not accept these remanufactured cartridges. More companies increasing profits at the expense of the environment and people’s pockets.

waste of money
Orange tab on cartridge was extremely hard to take off, when we did, all the ink fell out. Made a horrible mess. I have ordered remanufactured cartridges before and never had a problem but this one has me reordering the cartridge under the HP brand.

My printer did not accept it. Ink leak out all over the package . Just a disappointing mess. Never again.
