Great book to add to your classroom!
I added this workbook to my Morning Bins. My students enjoyed learning about new people. I enjoyed listening to them have conversations about the amazing things the people had done in their lives. Very inspirational.

Awesome
If you are looking to teach your students or your own children about activists or advocates, look no further. This books has a long list of important figures and the infographics makes it easier for children to read and understand. There are fun activities for children to do and also comes with a poster and flashcards! I also love the images and colors.

They are good for information but hard to read
I think these books are great because they are informational however, I don't find them to be easily decodable for kids to read on their own.

Great way to Incorporate SS into your classroom!
This is a fantastic way to learn about activists and advocates and inspire younger students! The workbook covers so many amazing people, and it's fun and full of color! I really like the perforated flashcards for each person. This is a must-have series!
