Didn’t work
Plugged into my work M2 based MBP 13” but didn’t recognize my peripherals. Also tried connecting to my personal Intel based MBP 16”. Also didn’t work. Peripherals worked when directly connected.

Good Compact USB-C Multiport, with a limitation
This is slim and space-friendly. Adds versatility to a USB C-port PC or laptop. I've seen complaints about some devices not being recognized. 2 situations where this may happen are 1) over time, some aging flash drives may have this happen; 2) the device plugged in may require more power than a non-powered multi-port will supply, which might be why one reviewer's device...
