Poor Customer Service for Printing Services
I will never use Staples printing services again. I had to have a number of items printed for a family baby shower. When I inquired about getting the menu, name cards, etc. cut out, they told me it would be $15 per page! I would’ve had to spend hundreds of dollars just to get these items in ready, while places like FedEx do this for free. The woman working the printing ...

Easy Peasy
Loved being able to download an image, send it to Staples, and have it as a laminated rally poster within hours. The lamination is well worth it given how the rains have come and gone this summer. Will definitely use again for future rally posters!

I sure hadn't intended to buy a printer, but the clerk was super helpful and amazingly knowledgeable and I couldn't leave without one! I'm really happy with it, even though I hadn't budgeted for it. He wasn't in the least pushy, but he led me to a printer ideally suited for my needs

Fast turnaround service
The printing job was excellent.
The online ordering was not. Placed two orders, same document except one had an additional two words in title, yet I was charged two different prices. Even though it was only a $5 difference, it's the principle around it. I should have been charged the exact same price for both orders.
