Great job when I needed something. I emailed them the document and it was printed, spiral bound with clear cover in no time.

Poor Customer Service for Printing Services
I will never use Staples printing services again. I had to have a number of items printed for a family baby shower. When I inquired about getting the menu, name cards, etc. cut out, they told me it would be $15 per page! I would’ve had to spend hundreds of dollars just to get these items in ready, while places like FedEx do this for free. The woman working the printing ...

Very easy to upload project and customize the printing (color, paper, etc.). I got a notification about order being received and then when it was ready for pickup. Everything was done correctly. Very satisfied.

The printing was okay, but the woman in the dept was less than helpful. I needed help in setting up the order. I was told it needs to be done on line.
I ended up going back home to do on my laptop with the help of my husband. I was surprised I couldn't be assisted by someone at the store.

I paid extra for rush service and was not notified when the job was complete. When I asked simple questions about pricing of a future printing job the associate couldn't answer the questions and seemed annoyed I was asking.

Timely and beautiful
I have Staples print out full color pictures of what the diamond art project is Supposed to look like before or while I work on them. This helps me fix the problems of bad color matching between the sales photo and the actual drills provided. Staples uses great quality paper and the colors are vivid. Thanks!
