Poor Customer Service for Printing Services
I will never use Staples printing services again. I had to have a number of items printed for a family baby shower. When I inquired about getting the menu, name cards, etc. cut out, they told me it would be $15 per page! I would’ve had to spend hundreds of dollars just to get these items in ready, while places like FedEx do this for free. The woman working the printing ...

Very satisfied
I had printed invites for my baby shower. Instead ordering actual invites, i did regular prints on cardstock and had printed 2 per page and was planning on cutting them myself to save some money. when i got my order i noticed they had cut them for me!! Which was so nice that they went out of their way to do that!

All was done at a great quality, however I paid extra for same day and didn’t receive a notice until 10:30 in the evening, when the store was closed, to say it was completed.
The next day then pickup process was painful waiting in line until the one person working there finished with several other persons, discussing new projects. There has to be a better system
