Missing Prints
Missing 11x17 prints that I paid for. I had to go all the way back and they still ended up missing one of them. I didn’t have them to go back a second time since the prints were for an upcoming event.

Very satisfied
I had printed invites for my baby shower. Instead ordering actual invites i did regular prints on cardstock and had printed 2 per page and was planning on cutting them myself to save some money. when i got my order i noticed they had cut them for me!! Which was so nice that they went out of their way to do that!

I can not rave enough about this Staple's printing department. Not only were my prints beautiful crisp and perfectly done but the employees were so kind and willing to help. I dropped the ball on getting some things printed for my son's first birthday which was the very next day. They checked the queue and assured me if I got the files in asap it would be done in p...

Vanessa was the best. She designed a memorial flyer for me in one day. She was kind fast super experienced and took a very stressful task and made it as easy as possible. Working with her was lovely.
