It's hard to believe we use to be a species that lived off the land and ate every 3 days. Some complain about opening a perfed lid...because they don't know how or are lazy.

The worst experience ever!
I guess there is nothing better than go w sustainability! No matter how unusable this NEW - container is! The person responsible for designing this should return the diploma and retire for ever! What is the purpose of this - other than to anger your customer ? I will never ever purchase this, not because the powder is bad, but because I CANNOT store the actual product....

Stop being Karens and use a knife
10/10 product and container.
I admit I was frustrated when I tried to open your new container for the first time. I struggled with it for a few minutes, turned on my brain, got out my trusty serrated knife and cut some of the perforations. I tugged a few times and voila!

New packaging is terrible, doesn't dissolve well
The new packaging is bad and powder doesn't dissolve well. Also has a funny taste. A scoop would be helpful too.

Canceling subscription due to new packaging
Been taking this product for many years. The new packaging is awful. Cut my finger trying to open it only to find another paper covering that caused me to spill contents. “pull here” is a joke. Product is effective but I will look for another brand. And will return to Vital Proteins when/if they do something to fix it

Not enough product for the price.
Far too early to notice any changes. I am disappointed about two things though. It’s terribly difficult to mix it thoroughly even when using my frother. Plus it is supposed to be 27 servings and there is no way it will last that long. Too expensive to not even last a month.

Please note when your canister is filled, the powder does indeed fill most of the space in the canister - the powder naturally settles over time. Each canister includes a small mark labeled "Fill Line" located at the edge of the product label. The products are filled by weight rather than volume. I love this, so easy to use and it dissolves quickly and completely and I can’t even tell it’s in my coffee. And as for complaints about opening the new package, I don’t understand, the directions are printed right there!

Powder in new packaging tastes terrible.
I love the product hate the new packaging. Ever since it changed, the powder has an off taste. Can’t describe it but it’s not flavorless anymore and has more of a sour taste. Why change a good thing.

The new packaging is great that they use less plastic. However I had to destroy the packaging to open it. I thought it was cute at first when I read pull here don’t twist you got this. And I didn’t think it was cute when I didn’t have it.

As for opening the canister, we do not recommend using anything sharp like a knife or scissors to open your packaging. If you would like to use a tool to aid in breaking the perforations, we recommend that you gently use the back of a spoon or a butter knife to pre-break the perforations on the lid. If you can pre-break the some of the perforated line, this should allow you to lift the lid with more ease. Problem with new packaging
Even though I have been using VP for a few years now with mostly positive results. I had a batch that tasted off , and you resolved by replacing. Thank you. My issue now is the new packaging. I am a big believer in sustainable packaging and reducing plastics. However this just doesn’t work.My husband had to get pliers to pull open the tab with my holding the container. ...

Do not recommend the new container
I would not buy this again with your ridiculous new packaging. The pull tab didn't work, ripped the top after I had to force it with a knife. I completely ruined the container with your flimsy, shrinkflation packaging that saves plastic. I will not buy it again unless I can get an original container.

Owned by Nestle & Quality Went WAY Down
Just found out this company was bought out by NESTLE!!! I noticed the quality has gone way down from many years ago and of course they were bought out by this mega corp.

Good product BAD new packaging
Your new tub is extremely difficult to open. You need to take into consideration that older people do not have the strength or flexibility in their fingers to open it. I had to use a knife to crack it open. Luckily, I still had the old tub to use.

Expecting optimal results!

Careful use
Sadly, I developed a whole body rash from this product. I have no known allergies. Once I stopped, my skin cleared up.
