New packaging is not user friendly.
New packaging is super hard to open and not user friendly. The easy peasy open video tutorial is not how it works. I destroyed the lid opening the container. A bag with a zip top would sure be more friendly.

New Container Awful
Can't use a product when I can't get the new cardboard lid open. Love the product and used for years, but if I can't open your new container I have no need to purchase anymore. Great product but HORRIBLE packaging
HORRIBLE new packaging! I aggressively support your effort to reduce plastic in your container but it is impossible to open per the instructions. I literally shredded the first container & then refilled my old plastic one. Send this back to your engineering group ASAP before your sales are impacted.

HATE, HATE, HATE THE NEW CONTAINER.
HATE, HATE, THE NEW PACKAGING! I don’t think that this change is going to save the earth! Love the product but will have to look elsewhere. It’s no fun having to use a knife to open the top and store it in a completely different container. I could live with the removal of the scoop, but I can’t live with the change to the lid.

Too hard to open
I really struggle opening the new paperboard canister. I just bought my 2nd one. I struggled opening the first one and ended up using pliers and messing up the lid. For this 2nd canister, I followed the video instructions of pinching the rim and pulling, and I still couldn’t open it as instructed and had to use tools. That’s not safe. Not the best formula for me.
I have been using vital proteins collagen for several years and have been pleased. This is my first time using the advanced formula. I don’t particularly care for the advanced formula as it seems to cause bloating in me. I will be returning to the original formula. I also ant to comment on the new packaging. I’m not a fan; it’s difficult to open and easy to spill.

Great idea on packaging and still a great product!
Good product, and I agree the package is not easy but once I figured it out it works perfectly fine! So happy to do away with plastic! I like to mix it with my smoothie, but recently I tried stirring it into my cold cup of almond milk and noticed it gelled. That's kinda weird. Still like this product!

How to store the product in the tropics' humidity
Hi, I love the product, which is excellent, however since the new packaging has been introduced I am wondering how to store it properly. I live in the tropics and humidity is very high. May i transfer the collagen powder into a tupperware and keep it in the fridge? I fear that in the paper packaging it will get mouldy very soon.

VERY HARD TO OPEN WITH NEW PACKAGING!
I hate the new packaging. Worse thing ever. It is not easy to open. Pull here don't twist, you got this. NO, I didn't get it. It was so hard to open. I have been buying this for many years, and now you are making it difficult to open. The packaging team couldn't come up with anything better? So disappointed. Plastic Container To Cardboard Was A Bad Move.
The change from an easy open plastic container that resists moisture intrusion to the hard to open cardboard container drove me to another supplier of this product. Make the plastic container a purchase option and I'll be back.

Good, except for the container
I've been taking this product for a few years. I have very weak nails and do feel this helps. However, the new packaging is terrible. While I fully agree with utilizing less plastic, this new container is not the way to do it. The description on the container claims you can lock the top....no way. The packaging is tough
I have been using this product for several years. The packaging has been a struggle for me!!! VERY DIFFICULT TO OPEN!!!! Pulling that plastic string is almost impossible!!! And the lining on the top is extremely difficult too. My newest container didn't even have a scoop. The packaging definitely needs an upgrade.

How to open and close the new paper-based tub
I've been taking it for just over a month and already my nails show improved growth at the bases.
Re packaging: score the perforations first with a knife (or fingernail), then the top will pull up easily AND it will close without a problem and with a good seal.

I love it for my nails and love the new packaging!
My nail were in bad shape after taking off acrylics and gel polish. I started taking this product and of course it doesn't happen overnight but within a few weeks my nails became stronger and didn't split or tear. ALSO I love the new packaging!!! Less waste, use your own tablespoon. It tells you exactly how to open the container with "Lift here, you got this" !!! OMG it...
