Who cares about the packaging? It’s what’s inside!
I love the product. I drink it in the morning with some hot water and a packet of crystal light. I have noticed improvement in my joints, hair and nails. Plus it helps me get the protein in that I need as well. Everyone’s complaining about the packaging. And yes, I prefer the canister packaging that they used to have. Need new packaging.
Product good. Packaging bad. Could not open packaging had to ask friend to open it. Also a scoop should come with it,

HATE THE NEW PACKAGING ,!!
I have been buying Vital Proteins for over 17 years ….Love the product but HATE THE NEW CARDBOARD CANISTER , It just took me 4 1/2 minutes to get the top off , achieved only by using a sharp knife to saw it off !!
Thankfully I kept one of your former plastic canisters, into which I poured the contents.
I will have to look for a new brand if you do not change back to ...

Worth it!
I bought this for the hair/skin/nails benefits, but what really stood out was how much better my joints felt! It also helps with meeting my daily protein intake.

Good powder but cheaply packaged for price
The new topless container is a joke - hard to open - you’ll inevitably puncture the container and no scoop inside - this is all of course to save the world hypocrisy - but it’s just to save them money. Last time for me.

Hate the new package, looking at other brands now
I am a longtime user of Vital Proteins. Unfortunately, with the switch to the crappy cardboard containers, I am now looking for another brand. I am disabled from a stroke and have reduced functionality in one hand/arm. I simply cannot open the new packaging without totally destroying it. Love this product!
I have been using this product for about 8 months and it is amazing. My hairstylist recommend this product and I have fine thin hair. My hair is now to the middle of my back! My nails and skin are so much healthier. The new product packaging is great and easily opened. Thank you !

Collagen = Good - Packaging = TERRIBLE

Environmentally friendly
I am big fan of your product and have been using it for over three years. I want to compliment you on the new packaging. I had no problem opening it and anything that adds less to the landfill is a winner!

Grea product - Bad packaging
Love the product but the container is impossible to open. I am going to have to use a knife to cut into the top to access the collagen. I understand cutting down on plastic, but I don't know who thinks this packaging works. I'd love to see a video of the packaging designer open the container.

Collage Peptides Advanced
This is magical fairy dust....I have 2 cups of coffee each morning, with a scoop of these collagen peptides in each cup; my hair, skin, and joints have never been better. I am a dedicated Vital Proteins customer for life. (Wish I had started this regimen twenty years ago!)

New cannister is HORRIBLE
Have to destroy the lid to get to product. Thankfully I saved my last plastic cannister so I manage to (unsafely) use a knife to destroy the lid, then dump into the plastic cannister. Please fix this issue. I'm all about recycling, but this is unsafe and ridiculous.

Loyal 10 Year Customer!
I've been using this product for 10 years on a daily basis. I'm soon to be 74 in April and I have barely one wrinkle on my face. Recommended this product.
It's hard to believe we use to be a species that lived off the land and ate every 3 days. Some complain about opening a perfed lid...because they don't know how or are lazy.

Stop being Karens and use a knife
10/10 product and container.
I admit I was frustrated when I tried to open your new container for the first time. I struggled with it for a few minutes, turned on my brain, got out my trusty serrated knife and cut some of the perforations. I tugged a few times and voila!

New packaging is terrible, doesn't dissolve well
The new packaging is bad and powder doesn't dissolve well. Also has a funny taste. A scoop would be helpful too.

Canceling subscription due to new packaging
Been taking this product for many years. The new packaging is awful. Cut my finger trying to open it only to find another paper covering that caused me to spill contents. “pull here” is a joke. Product is effective but I will look for another brand. And will return to Vital Proteins when/if they do something to fix it
