Very quiet
We have had it for about 2 weeks. does a wonderful job detecting odors. It picks up speed and rids the air of the problem and then slows down. Very happy

Disappointed
Bought five days ago. On 5th day air quality stick at 0%. Tries resetting but still reading 0%. Returning tomorrow.

Fraudulent Efficiency & Non Existent Features
BUYER BEWARE!!! Purchased this right before the devastating fires in LA. Started using the unit 24-7 w the heat option sometimes in the night. After a month and a half, received my electric bill: $498!!!! This was a 400% jump from my normal monthly bill. After the shock, had to call So Cal Edison as there must be a mistake. NOPE. More expensive and not as good as I expected.
The Air Quality display died. I have never been able to reset it. The filter needed to be changed before 5 months, although the display did not show it. By the time it showed less than 100 %, the display would not reset. The purifier still works; the filter is very expensive to have to change it every 4 months.

Works great!
Have had the filter several weeks and it works great! Had new carpet and paint smell in bedroom and it really cleared it up! Works great!

Shark Air Purifier Max with True HEPA
The unit was purchased around February 2nd of this year. At first, the unit worked great but about two weeks after starting to use it, the unit was showing the air quality to be 0. Will be coming back!
We have two, one on each level of our home and love them. It not only helps with air quality but keeps pet dander down, dust in general down and it is quite (even when then fan goes to high for that moment, it’s pretty quiet considering). Love but…
I would make more sense if the bottom vents to pull air in on bottom, would be in front instead of in back where its facing wall. I keep mine screen facing wall bc of it.

Great Machine
It is working GREAT. Cooking in the kitchen and the machine went into clean mode down to 65%. Eventually came back to 100%.

I love Shark over competitors unit.
This is the best air purifier I ever owned. It's actually my second unit and is for large master bedroom. The first unit takes care of the dining room and living room.
I have another competitors purifier on lower level of raised ranch but I actually prefer Shark as number 1.

Disappointed
Doesn't appear to functional as it says it does. Comparing to another air purifier side by side and it doesn't show the accurate information regarding the PM numbers. Disappointed in the Shark brand!

Replacement
I bought one 11 months ago and it stopped working. I called customer support and they sent me a new replacement for cost of shipping. Unfortunately it’s not the same color I had or was told I was receiving. Hopefully this one will last longer than 11 months. Overall works well but not happy about the color.

Easy To Set-Up and Use!
I received our Shark Air Purifier (HP202) last week and have been happy with the results so far. It was easy to set-up, and it appears to be functioning properly. Good unit for the money
Bought a unit in April by July it had quit. Called Shark told them the issue they replaced it with a new unit that covered more square footage then an old unit at no cost under warranty. Come to find out the old unit we had was no longer being made. No issues with the new unit. Shipping was fast.

Not a good filter unit
This unit is not as reliable as other units. This is my 3 rd replacement and I had to pay shipping on their product failure. I have other units that work just fine.

Immediately better!!
I purchased this air purifying unit 3 weeks ago and I noticed a difference immediately; no more stuffy nose and watery eyes at or near bedtime. Our air was 69% when our unit arrived and it's been at 100% every day since set up.
