Gets stuck all the time!
I do not like this shark at all! I was so excited to get a shark to minimize my cleaning time, but it just gets stuck constantly! I have a large area for it to clean, yet it finds the smallest areas to get into and get stuck. Iāve even tried to block said areas and it still gets stuck! I hate it and Iām going to be returning it! Random navigation is horrible!

Disappointment
I just received this yesterday. It bumps into everything? The open end dust bin is a mistake also, you have to hold it level to empty it or it spills out the back of the bin. I am looking to replace this and buy something else.

If you're looking for a smart robot, this isn't it
It works, but barely. I had a shark robot vac for 6 years before this model. It worked great! It mapped and memorized the floor, had great cleaning ability, and could get itself unstuck from most places. This model is awful. Horrible
Coding/programming flaw only allows to connect to Wi-Fi networks without spaces in the name. Once set up, does not clean well, specifically pushes pet hair around instead of sucking it up. Coverage is spotty. Unable to find dock on its own at end of cleaning. Will be returning.

Don't buy
I bought this yesterday and it just didn't connect to the WiFi!! We tried everything and also contacted the support team. Was harrowing.

Lasted 4 years, then suction component died
I had purchased two Shark Ion robot vacuums one month apart 4 years ago. Two weeks after the first vacuum had suction component failure, the second vacuum had the same problem, therefore rendering both vacuums useless. I was a fan of these Shark Ion vacuums prior to this. Went from great to AWFUL sadly
I bought this robot 10 months ago and no issues were happening until I moved to another apartment. We wanted to connect her to the new wifi and it wonāt pair with my wifi and my phone. Still trying to connect her as today and NOTHING. Even the wifi symbol is gone.

any imagine my life it!!
I took a long time to purchase a robot vac and now Iām saddened that i didnāt just DO IT years ago!!! I have zero complaints! A few fails at cleaning because i forgot to pick something up, but not Sharkys faultā¦I highly recommend this product and cannot rave about it enough to everyone I meet and friends with nate floors!!āļø āļø āļø āļø āļø

Design changes RV750 to AV753 not user friendly!
Have had the Shark Ion Robot RV750 for several years and absolutely loved it! The sensors that keep it from banging into walls and furniture stopped working properly so it was even moving chairs. Got mine for Mothers Day and it did not last one year. Great when it worked, got stuck on every door stop and carpet.Frequently having to get up to move it. Daughter and Daughter in law have had same problem.

Very disappointed, the company had to send a replacement already and now it is not working again. The battery is completely drained and will not recharge. Less than 6 months old!

Cheap
I bought thus a few months Go. It is the less expensive one and I hate it. My last one, best one at the time, lasted about 10 years. Th I s one I s light weght doesn't dock properly and squeaks no matter what I do to it. Wasted money.

Not what I expected at all
I was so excited for my Shark robot which my daughters and I named Jaws. Boy, did Jaws disappoint. I have a German Shepherd and two cats and vacuuming everyday is a necessity. Does good until it doesnāt
When we first got it, it was great! Saved me so much time having just had a new baby. We had our shark
robot for just over a year and it started to just go in tight circles. Tried to troubleshoot and reset. However, we just got rid of it because nothing we tried worked. Disappointed.

Great for itās value!
I just bought the Shark Ion vac to help with maintenance vacuuming, since I house several heavy shedding dogs. The vacuum works well on carpet and rugs, as long as there isnāt heavy build up.
