No serial number given not able to use, waste!!!
Purchased from Staples online I downloaded it on my computer and it asks for a serial number, I was not given a serial number, it's worthless now, I called staples they can't help me, say it's non returnable, and then transfer me to another company who tells me to go online and fill out forms.....bunch of waste of my time!!!!!!!
