Webroot disaster
Took double pmt out of my acct. And to make matters worse when I paid the yearly amount my assumption was webroot automatically updated my computer and after much traumatic experience that wasn't so I finally discovered that I had to update it myself
I pay for this service and had to spend so much time installing the updated year that I paid for myself

I Still Don't Know How to Set Web Root Up
I paid for webroot and expected the set up to be simple. I keep getting e-mails telling me I have to do more things to set it up. The set up is complicated and confusing.

I have concerns ...
The VPN didn't work. A software glitch wasted a day of my time a year of so ago. And I'm unsure if it really does anything over an above the free Windows and Chrome security software already on my computer. Plus logging in for support has been a problem.

Good product, Hard to install
Seems to be a good product. Thought I had installed it, but pop ups kept coming up saying need to run scan. Tried to run scan, but kept saying Product expired for 3 weeks after I paid to renew. They sent a disk but said my computer couldn't play it. Finally after dealing with passwords and forgot passwords it is installed.

Lack of thoroughness
