OK protection?
Have used Webroot for 4+ years. Am now getting popup on screen saying I do not have anti-virus protection. Also getting an occasional popup saying I have malwear. Do a Webroot scan and nothing shows up. Have never had this before.

Great Product, poor service
I was billed four times for the same item. I noted the double billing and contacted service. They agreed to reimburse the second billing and did but billed me again. I once again contacted them and they agreed to reimburse the third billing and did, but the next day billed me again. So I again contacted they and they did say they would reimburse me. Webroot Bookkeeping is Erratic
Although a repeated check via the website confirms that I have renewed my subscription to Webroot, I keep getting EMAILS telling me that it has expired and that I need to renew. No, I don't. Protection for Dummies
Reliable, cost effective, easy to follow and always there. This is what I expect and Webroot meets or beats those expectations every day. I am not tech savey and don't have to be because Webroot has thought of everything. They even offer a product that cleans my hard drive so my laptop runs faster. What's not to love!

Latest renewal
This was a renewal. I expected a key code to enter; I was sent a disc. My computer no longer has a disk drive . I was able to get it cleared up and operational. I like the product.

How little I know and understand your Product
I payed several times and the contenustion of my protection KEEPS telling me it has expired. I even upgraded and ask and PAID for another service you provide. I am ver unhappy about help understanding how to keep up with the basic protection and the extra stuff I pade for again.????????????????? NOT HAPPY. Just old and confused.
