Disappointed
I had used Webroot for several years. This year I renewed, paid, but then could not install the service. I tried several times using several approaches. I am very dissatisfied at this point.

Slows computer down

Great Internet Security App!
I have Security Plus and find it to be glitch free. I always feel comfortable that it is working seamlessly in the background, giving me confidence in searching the web. Has not failed me yet over the few years I have been using it.

Scam job
Tricked into buying extras I did not want or need. After download product was still prompting to upgrade, still not clear if it has. Website (and this review) are confusing to use.

Not a resourse hog.
I've used this product foor several years without probleems. The price is reasonable. It dependably runs on schedule but is easy to initiate a scan at any time. It's not a resourse hog.

Webroot keeps popping up telling me they detected a problem but I would have to buy more coverage to fix it.
