No problems.
I purchased this product in the past and have had no problems. A few years back I had a problem with a virus, and the team resolved the issue in a matter of hours. So far, this year I have not experienced any issues.

I'm very disappointed see above review.
as best as i can tell i paid for the protection but evidently i was not covered. your info shows i have 305 days still on my plan but my PC isn't protected

Webroot-install it, forget it, it will do the rest
You forget Webroot is there until it nabs a virus and removes it. Excellent antivirus. I have been using it for well over 20 years and I have never caught a virus or been infected.

Slow downloads and other issues
My ISP and I have checked downloading and uploading from their servers to my connections and there's nothing wrong. But when it gets to my connection there seems to be a slow and dragging and I just don't know why so it's got to be the firewall. I've had now for 3 years and I'm really tired of it. All the other major virus firewall protections are worse than Webroot

Never an issue
I’ve been using web route for nine or 10 years. The best antivirus I have found reasonably priced you can buy a one year or two year or I think a five year.
