Impossible to reach someone or cancel subscription
I tried to cancel my subscription after I saw the charge billed to me ,I knew it was fairly easy to subscribe to them in the past but I computer had broken and I have not used the service for a long time and then tried to cancel my subscription but they make it impossible to do so and you can reach anybody and it is like they purposely make it extremely hard to do so an...

Works Awesome!

Go green instead of yellow!
Webroot is much better than Norton. Uses less resources on your system and so far, no viruses and malware have gotten through to date. I have used Webroot for 20 years plus.

Too many ads taking me to Carbonite, Inc.
It is so confusing to get the product you want since you were taken over by Carbonite, Inc. years ago. Hate the hassle. It was so easy before Carbonite.

Subscribed with 37 days remaining on an old current subscription. The days in new and old subscription run and used up simultaneously , resulting the loss of 37 days that should have been added to the new subscription. Result: charged twice for 37 days

I only use it to stay safe
I had a computer image failure, this product couldn't make it harder to reinstall. The Web Portal, which should make things easier was a Carbonite/Webroot page, using the worst from both companies. Modern security doesn't need to be like this. I have three licenses and eight seats, I couldn't log in. I had to take the key from another seat to install it.
